On another board I visit a woman was telling about how at Christmas her mother in-law kept saying, "I bought a gift for your whole family and it's VERY important!" The MIL kept emphasizing how very, very important this gift was.

Last night I had my annual Christmas dinner with some old, mostly liberal, college friends, and naturally one of them was going on and on about the evil Karl Rove. Liberals are truly obsessive personalities. We all know that Democrats NEVER do polling, mailings, phone campaigns, analysis, doorbell ringing, talking points, spin, strategy, and all the other stuff that Rove does. Democrats are just totally PURE. [sarcasm]
