I didn't know if there was a west coast version of this thread. It didn't make sense to post on a show that was almost over on the East Coast.
Several people have commented on this scene, so I'm going to use yours to post my comments.
I didn't take this scene as him being afraid of being tortured by Americans. He was brought back to the United States from Egypt, and I thought he was having flashbacks of his interrogation in Egypt. That's why he's cooperative with the Americans, because the torture stopped.

Yeah, Legend Has It ;-) that they had 8 opportunities to capture or kill Osama prior to 2001. 6 of them are fairly well documented by multiple sources, two of them are in the the 'weeelll, maybe' category if I'm remembering correctly.
Regarding your assertion that Clinton is being criticized unfairly because the first World Trade Center bombing was one month after his inauguration, nobody is blaming Clinton FOR the bombing happening. Instead, Clinton is criticized for not retaliating for the 1993 bombing. On the other hand, Bush retaliated (and that's an understatement!) after the first terrorist attack of his presidency.

Hillary in office would not be allowed to do as much damage as Rudy would. I see no difference between the two. Rudy handled the situation he was dealt and he did it brilliantly, that doesn't make him ideal to lead a party or the country. Other than being tough on crime, Rudy is a Liberal.
