No, they'll think it's time to get more activist judges on the bench so horrible decisions like this won't keep happening.

Watch for more 8-0 decisions on major issues in the upcoming future. Who do you think will not vote on major issues?

Is that picture real or did someone doctor that? I am ROTFL at it.

You may find states who accept highway money being forced to build mass transit or else
Isn't that one of the reasons conservatives support limited government?
Maybe this will illustrate to the Left why the Right opposes statism.
I know I'm naive, but maybe it will jolt them into supporting smaller federal government when they finally see that the sword can cut both ways now that its starting to cut them.

I agree, however, colleges across the country reap the benefit of having a military to defend their rights, and as a result, the government should have access to at least ask them if they wish to join the Armed Forces. I don't think that is too much of a price to pay for the federal funds. Otherwise, they can simply refuse the federal funds.

"A military recruiter's mere presence on campus does not violate a law school's right to associate, regardless of how repugnant the law school considers the recruiter's message," he wrote. Maybe this explains why so many lawyers are repugnant!

That picture is real. At least it is an originally drawn picture done by a court artist. It was only shown on Fox News. I have saved it for posterity. Does anything else scream "retirement" louder?

Now let's see what the colleges do. Ban the recruiters or keep the money.

Supreme Court Upholds "Colleges who accept Federal Funds must allow Military Recruiters I wonder how San Francisco will circumvent this problem? SFSU would not be allowed recruiters per city law.
