I just received a phone call from Kristinn!!
The DC Chapter of Protest Warriors obtained a permit for Code Pinks side of the street today after the Pinkos forgot to renew their permit. The blood dancers tried to stick it out for about 20-25 minutes before they tucked tail and retreated a block away to the closed entrance. Freepers and Protest Warriors now have all four corners outside the main entrance to WRAMC!

Guitar boy kept calling us brother and saying peace. He kept pushing thinking he would defy us. The Code Pink leaders knew being out numbered, they would just be ignored. I told him I would take the pictures of him for the police and call them. They moved before there was any need to make that call.

I'm on another computer and I don't have my DC PING list, so I didn'tget everyone.
I can't say enough about the support and encouragement I have gotten from my FRiends in the FreeRepublic DC Chapter.
I made a statement a few months ago that I wanted code oink OFF that corner, and every fiber of my being since then has been directed at that goal.
I have to give some credit to someone who put the idea in my head.
A member of Rolling Thunder is the one who really gave me the idea, and tiggles gave me the info I neeeded to seal the deal.
I'm recovering from a night of consuming adult beverages with a few of my buds at WRAMC, so I;ll post some more later.
But I do have a question for code pink
WHO'S YOUR DADDY???

"...and it was time to move on..."YES WEASEL, you're finally getting it, time to move on. The place for your "demonstration" is not in front of a hospital of wounded soldiers who don't make and can't change policy. How many months did it take you to figure this out? We understand your true motives and they are not honorable!
"The Walter Reed vigil started because the soldiers are there inside, and need support for when they are discharged."
YES WEASEL, from people who support what they have done for others overseas, not from those who disagree with why we are there, etc. True support comes without slant or politics. We can't have another generation of veterans in 30 years like we have now from Viet Nam. What was done to them when they came home was not right. What Code Pink is learning (the hard way) is what they hear on MSM is not what the majority is thinking; the majority support the soldiers.
"The freepers never would have shown up at all if it werent for Code Pink being there."
We would have shown up to support them. The troops need to know that Code Pinks' message is not the only one.
I overheard what Allison had to say. "Permits lapse and people get busy...".
How important can your "vigil" be if it's not even a priority to renew the permit? What a message to send to the troops, "Sorry, we just got too busy to think about you". Why don't you give some thought to what it would be like without those brave men and women who protect our freedoms every day. What building(s) would you like to see fall down next? Without them, you wouldn't even have the police to protect your "vigil"

I agree with ya. It can't be stressed enough that it is a corner to hold. People still need to attend and in more numbers than you had last night.
