New thread time
Well said.
This impeccably qualified man will serve as a test run for how the game is played--good preparation for the next time.
Did all of the jackasses who trashed the President earlier today come in and apologize? I see there's a Bush-hater just on this page of the thread.
I have no idea who I'm talking to? True. Who AM I talking to? Who's ego need deflating?
ABORTION is the left's RELIGION! They worship at the alter of abortion because it is their CASH COW, not only in raising campaign contributions but also in their abortion clinics. That's the real scandal no one is willing to expose!
These so-called feminists which I suggest are nothing but a bunch of ugly women who couldn't find a man willing to have sex with them if their life depended on it have been lying to young women for too many years without someone answering them! It's about time they had real opposition to their MONEY MAKING SCHEME.
These yes men/women are not the ones who can change the direction of a person, party, business or a country that is headed for failure.
They will still be cheering when the leader goes over the cliff into the abyss.
Most of them are late to the fight.
Those of us who have been fighting since the sixties have had/seen too many politicians judges, and parties turn on them and stab them in the back when they get in office.
You can spot these useful idiots when you in anyway criticize their idol they choose to worship.
They will attack you in the rudest manner, as you and others where by one, who aptly chose his name [PukinDog}who told you to STFU.
If you, I and others where wrong then we should say so.
But before we do we should be sure we are since it is worse to be wrong twice.
History will tell us that. That history that is the same source of our doubts.
Nobody wants me to be wrong anymore than I do.
This Republican Party is I would venture to say made up of better than 50% of people who in years past where former Democrats.
If we had took punkindog's and some of the others advice and STFU and be good little team players, we would still be over there cheering the Democrats on and they would still control both houses like they did for 40 years and JFK would be our President.
Any leader especially one who is leader of the Free World is subject to enormous pressures and influences who do not all have his best interest at heart. He can be steered off course.
The really good ones in industry I knew had those around him that he counted to not only support him when he was right but cared and were strong enough to tell him when they thought he was wrong.
The yes people will either follow him off the cliff or mill around at the edge wondering what happened to him.
If we expect to change our country's direction we have to not only support our elected officials but we have to hold them accountable for their performance.
Ah, to live in Missouri and know I don't have to call Kit Bond and Jim Talent for them to get their rears in gear on this issue.
Perhaps I'll make some calls to Maine...
And Roberts is a START. One down; two(hopefully) to go!
How long have you been studying politics and government?
LIFO versus FIFO. That's a bean counter term. One is the correct accounting method here, and one isn't. And there is no clearly right answer here. You have a point (along with others), I have a point, and you have a point, and you're OK, and I'm OK. Cheers. :)
LOL, I grew up in Cleveland! Do you remember Duane Kuiper? Joe Charbenau, Rick Manning? LOL, None of the hysterics are apologizing, and I have another hard core righty giving me a hard time! It's OK, it's good to be sane!
Lucky Dog! I only have one to call, not that it will matter!
Actually, yes! The Rangers beat the Yankees tonight!
GO AWAY! Is That Ambiguous? I don't care what you think!
You are a ridiculous fool with your little "show"
Who won?
Worse -- I remember Victor Cruz, Sid Monge, and Julio Franco at 21. I suffered through Cory Snyder swinging at pitches a foot outside the strike zone. I saw Pat Corrales try to karate-kick Dave Stewart. The best moment was Jose Canseco coco-butting a baseball over the wall for a home run. (For that matter, do you remember the coco-butt on Championship Wrestling w/ John Powers and Jack Reynolds?)
