Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

Many thanks for your report http://www.theempirejournal.com/03020573_advocacy_center_attorney.htm on the Advocacy Center which has been a thorn in my side for some time now. I always wondered why they "Never did anything" that they always just had an "open investigation." I I read your story and the attached court documents, thanks for the link nice touch, and I see that actually the Advocacy Center went to Federal Court on behalf of Terri and they lost.

My take on it is that they went to Federal Court and the Federal Court said there was no Federal Standing and deferred to the State Courts.

Thanks again very much for closing this loop for me. Can't say as I liked what I read but at least we know that the Advocacy Center tried. Perhaps with another Death Sentence they will try again. Freepers how did we all, fail to discover that the Advocacy Center had filed a Federal Lawsuit on behalf of Terri. I thought we had eyes and ears everywhere... I don't recall it be on the TerriFight.org website at the tie either.

I told you Republic that Greer's minions who have IMPORTANT JOBS IN PINELLAS COUNTY GOVERNMENT, TREAT THE CITIZENS THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO PROTECT AND SERVE WORSE THAN GARBAGE. They have their orders. Hang up if it's about Terri.

Did you tell McCabe that his employee Hellickson is in Judge Greer's tv commercial featured at TEJ? McCabe ought to know. He approved of his employee being used illegally by George Greer. MCCABE BROKE NUMEROUS LAWS BY ALLOWING A PROSECUTOR TO APPEAR IN JUDGE GREER'S ILLEGAL TV SPOT FROM last August, 2004 when he ran against GOVAN, the better man.

Mary Labyak is the director at hospice woodside. She even directs the POLICE to be rude to Vigilers. She calls them from inside and tells them how to "handle" Terri's supporters.

The Advocacy Center may have been conducting a secret investigation that has now become available under the FOIA. How old is the FOI Act anyway?

I'm not the best one to answer this, but here goes: there was a couple million Michael won in a medical malpractice suit, but we don't know how much of that is left after he has used much of it to pay lawyers to kill Terri. He had pledged to rehab Terri with that money, but he has gone back on his word to the court at that time. He does seem to be living rather high right now; there may be an insurance policy involved but I think our efforts to find out haven't succeeded yet; if Terri dies, he would get whatever her estate is, as her "next of kin", ha ha; some have said he wil write a book, do interviews, etc. and make hundreds of thousands or more from that, and he can only pursue those avenues after Terri is successfully euthanize. If anyone else wants to weigh in on this...

But remember, his biggest profit might not be money, but having her dead where she can never get better and tell what she knows of what he did to her that night.

IMO, Greer illegally used employees of the Sheriff's Dept., the Public Defender's Office and the Prosecutor's Office to CONCEAL that he is a guardianship judge. He did a great job of concealing that. He didn't have a tv spot that said "I am the judge killing Terri and I approved this message."

Instead he said "I am George Greer and I approved this message to keep integrity in the courtroom." The only way for George Greer to keep integrity in the courtroom is if he'd catch the next flight to South America.

"State Senator Stephen Wise gave a report, which appeared to give the crowd a real big boost. He was speaking when I arrived missing the very beginning of his statements, but this developing story seems significant. Wise announced that he is sponsoring a companion bill to that of Rep. Dennis Baxley's HB-0701 (HB stands for House Bill). In a phone call by Wise, to this reporter on February 24th, 2005, he stated he was "personally sponsoring a companion Senate Bill to Baxley's bill and the wording will be the same. It's not filed yet but will be announced soon."

Someone stop me....I cannot believe the hatred michael shiavo has for Terri to force her to, as a captive, listen to his concubine. Terri is illegally held at Hospice Woodside. THEY ARE NOT LICENSED FOR CHRONIC CARE. They are only licensed for palliative care which means making TERMINALLY ILL PEOPLE COMFORTABLE. Six months or less is the USUAL STAY. Not FIVE YEARS like Terri's stay. Hello, she's not terminally ill. MEDICAID FRAUD ALERT!!!!

that is true, when it comes down to it we don't really know what is going on behind the scenes. Greer may be investigated right now and we have no clue. Jeb Bush said he would do everything with in the law to help Terri and whos to say he isn't right now. Until that feeding tube is removed I will nto give up hope that people are doing their job to help Terri live.

what is wrong with the police? They are not supposed to take orders from Mary Labyak. As long as the people standing vigil are staying in the area that they are allowed to stand in, then the police are not allowed to harrass them. Call Gov. Bush's office and tell them that the police are harrassing you. Take a pictures!
