Of what good is federal advocacy for the disabled, if a state judge can just say, butt out, and they go away. I am sorry, but I find this a horrible cruelty joke.

Same for DCF...if all a state or federal agency ever do is ask a corrupt judge if they can please, pretty please, come into his court and beg him to do right by a victim, and he just waves them off...

Something is not right here. Can not these agencies act independently of a crooked judge who has the victim's fate in his hands, does not care about her abuse and has ordered her death???
