I always wondered why they "Never did anything" that they always just had an "open investigation." I I read your story and the attached court documents, thanks for the link nice touch, and I see that actually the Advocacy Center went to Federal Court on behalf of Terri and they lost.
My take on it is that they went to Federal Court and the Federal Court said there was no Federal Standing and deferred to the State Courts.
Thanks again very much for closing this loop for me. Can't say as I liked what I read but at least we know that the Advocacy Center tried. Perhaps with another Death Sentence they will try again. Freepers how did we all, fail to discover that the Advocacy Center had filed a Federal Lawsuit on behalf of Terri. I thought we had eyes and ears everywhere... I don't recall it be on the TerriFight.org website at the tie either.
