Former President William Jefferson Clinton formerly opens his Presidential Center, which will hold the papers from his two term presidency.
Attending the ceremony will be President George W. Bush, former Presidents Jimmy Carter and George H.W. Bush, along with First Lady Laura Bush ,Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, Rosalyn Carter and Barbara Bush.

Kerry's there. He was walking around shaking hands, and shaking his head in "disbelief" fashion. He's still campaigning. TV commentator made the statement that he wonders if he knows it's over or if he is just getting an earlier start this time.
Clinton looks awful. Whatever is wrong with him just makes his beatty eyes look beattier. Morphing into full fledged rat, I guess.
