Former President William Jefferson Clinton formerly opens his Presidential Center, which will hold the papers from his two term presidency.
Attending the ceremony will be President George W. Bush, former Presidents Jimmy Carter and George H.W. Bush, along with First Lady Laura Bush ,Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, Rosalyn Carter and Barbara Bush.

Whenever anyone at the ceremony mentions Little Rock, nobody forget that the Clintons threatened the city several times with moving the liebrary to another town. This was extortion to get what they wanted, no matter what was good for Little Rock.
