The first time he said something about personal income in this debate, he said "personal income". The second time he mentioned it, he said "take home (or I think net income) pay". So I will have t find that. But it will be higher as well since taxes dropped during Bush.
And to clarify, the BLS website shows more people are working now than at anytime during Clintons years. And the unemployment is lower for the same period, and also the percent of people unemployed is lower.
I don't know where the liberals are getting their info.
