Tucker Carlson just said that CNN has been notified that the Kerry camp will seek to have the goverment pull the Swift Boat veterans for Truth ads.

Go to this site and download RealPlayer 8. It was the last version before they started loading bloatware and spyware into the program. I just bought a new Dell and believe it or not, that version was installed.
The FEC is, by design, evenly divided 3 and 3 of each party. It has, over the years, functioned largely to protect incumbents in both parties and little else. I don't see any injunction coming from the FEC.
On what grounds ..?? Kerry doesn't like them ..??
He wouldn't have to worry about them if he would just release his military and medical records, and his journal .. along with the stat reports the military keeps. With all those records, SURELY KERRY COULD REFUTE THESE CHARGES ..?? Hmmmm?
The DemocRATS are relying on the same playbook that they used for the 2000 elections: fly in lawyers and take it to the courts.
This will become their modus operandi from now on.
Add to that election observers, and we are really in a war, I agree.
Senator Kerry, have you no shame?
!!!!!!!
A gem of a comment.
This deserves to be on a poster.
On another thread, a poster said(and I think I remember reading)that the FEC won't review the 527's until sometime in January! Can anybody confirm? Thanks.
Kerry and company are meltind down. Good.
Thirty years ago John Kerry sat before our leaders in Washington, D.C. and told outright lies about his fellow men in uniform.
He was telling some real whoppers to our leaders, but when asked to talk about one war crime he had witnessed, by a private citizen, he became flustered and tried to change the subject.
The prisoners of war in Hanoi, were tortured to confess that they were war criminals. They resisted doing that with all their might. John Kerry did it without torture.
There is a special place in hell for men who sell out their fellow human beings. John Kerry will be sorry he ever opened his fat yap.
John had a great time betraying honorable men in uniform, with lies. Now he can't take it when they respond with the truth.
What a pussy!
They can try all they want. On what grounds? The Bush admin must be laughing pretty hard now. This is hysterical.
With the exception of Zell Miller and maybe one or two others, all DemoRATS are SCUM!
"WAAA! WAAA! WAAA!"
Overwhelming evidence my arse!!!!! SHOW US. PROVE IT. Then we'll prove the OVERWHELMING EVIDENCE that MOVEON.ORG is directly linked to the DNC, and that Tereza supports TERRORISTS.
And all the capitulating turds clinging to him are being flushed out of the woodwork for all to see. The stench is getting awful. The flotsom and jetsom of the shipwrecked dumocrats are oozing out of the gutters. Time to hose down the hallways of America.
Thanks for the ping!
But there is this little detail called Freedom of Speech. According to that principle, NOTHING short of speech that incites a crime can or should be subject to prior restraint. So, let's make a little test. They ban the ad, and we make the government's stupid purported "authority" to ban it appear to be as ridiculous, contemptible and ineffective as it actually is.
'Yo! David! If Hanoi John Effing Kerry had seen real (vice imagined) combat up close, this argument would not be taking place.'
yes!!! PUT UP OR SHUT UP, F'N!
A Kerry spokesman today characterized "Unfit for Command" as a pack of lies, or something like that, while calling for bookstores not to sell it. I think:
a.) The Swiftboat Veterans should institute a libel suit against the Kerry spokesperson, ask for a speedy trial, and as part of the discovery process supeona Kerry's military records; and
b.) File suit for restraint of trade - the Kerry camp is using lies to financially harm the publisher.
By his own arrogance Kerry put the noose around his neck.
He took the bait. Rather thin skinned is'nt he!
How's he gonna look after my rights if he's out there quashing the rights of free speech?
