So, let's make a little test. They ban the ad, and we make the government's stupid purported "authority" to ban it appear to be as ridiculous, contemptible and ineffective as it actually is.
A Kerry spokesman today characterized "Unfit for Command" as a pack of lies, or something like that, while calling for bookstores not to sell it. I think:
a.) The Swiftboat Veterans should institute a libel suit against the Kerry spokesperson, ask for a speedy trial, and as part of the discovery process supeona Kerry's military records; and
b.) File suit for restraint of trade - the Kerry camp is using lies to financially harm the publisher.
