I have been meaning to ask this from you. My brother had a patch that says "Gulf of Tonkin Yacht Club Member" he gave to my son when he joined the Army. He told him that only a few select ships had this designation. Is that true?

here we go with "I didn't personally see anybody commit atrocities" but "I did take part in razing homes, etc." and I found out later it was against the Geneva Convention....but I don't think we should go after war criminals."
