The Doctor who treated him for his "Purple Heart Wound" is on Sean Hannity right now. He said it was a piece of metal in his arm about 1/2 inch long and as wide as a match stick. He said medical attention was not mandatory; it was a first aid matter and Kerry could have picked the piece of metal out himself.
The way he remembered Kerry is b/c his men that were with him stated that he had said that he was the next JFK from Massachusettes and would someday be President of the United States.
