Yes, I heard it the first night the Vets' story broke.

sorry I don't have cable...

but surely slick lawyers Lanny Davis and/or BreckGirl Edwards have sunk the SwiftBoaters for Truth...

Points:

They showed a video of a couple swiftboats racing along, and they were very close together (couple of boatlengths maybe)

After missions, the swiftboat crews were all together at the same base (not very large)

Hopefully the pictures of the living and serving together pictures will come out more (if not, you may be right)

It is insane what they think they should be allowed to get away with.

They need to deal with the fact that Kerry has ridiculously sexed up his war record--it was four months of opportunism, gaming the system and filming a future Kerry campaign ad.

If you send an email to sweet baby james, (WABC) he'll definitely get it to Sean. I've done it several times and received replies.

"Lehman said this" in the medal citation...and O'Neill shot back that Lehman was SecNavy 14 YEARS AFTER KERRY's SERVICE

I noticed Lehman's name on the published citation.. also that it was, I think, undated. Never quite understood if it was written years later (why) or what.

Wow. How did I ever miss that?

Still can't believe Kerry's boat fled! No surprise though at that fact. Just amazed that it eluded me till now.

The clintons are hoping (not praying because it won't help them) that this story gets and keeps a long set of legs.

Hoping? Hell, they are in all probability involved through their surrogates pushing the media to hit Kerry over this. The Clintons probably had "the file" on Kerry way back and their associates that have been working for Kerry have been steering Kerry right down the Vietnam path.

Hannity looked completely out of his league. Why in the world would he pass up the oppotunity to ask for the Kerry campaign response to the question (from yesterday) about Christmas Eve in Cambodia?

I, along with about 10 other people will never watch O'Reilly again - that means ever, as in until it either goes off the air or we all pass away. Same way with France and Germany, and other countries. We buy all Made in USA products unless there is not a Made in USA choice, like batteries!

yup he ran! the story is that when he gunned the boat, that is what caused Rassmann to fall overboard.

You see, Rassman was placidy munching on a cookie at the time! Ooop!

I knew the story and I laughed. This whole thing is really delightful. I'm thrilled that he's finally getting his.

Agree with your assessment. Just what will it take to get him to see Kerry for what he is?

God bless the Freepers, and may John Kerry rot in Hell for what he did to the Veterans and our country.

I especially can't forgive the idea that he's praised in a viet museum, and that Veterans and/or POWs were tortured for not verbalizing kerry points of US war crimes.

Disgusting

what we need it the ability to have like a pinch batter and bring in Michael Medved to interview these guys. Medved would have had him urinating all over himself and crying in the corner when he got done with him.

Thanks for the insight; that gives great reason why he was trodded out. He looked like he had heartburn or something - he looked uncomfortable.

Cambodia is coming.

That is a target rich environment.

We have to support the SBVs any way we can. They are out there right now exposed to the worst the 'rats can throw at them and we know that is a lot.

After missions, the swiftboat crews were all together at the same base (not very large)

And I'll lay dollars to donuts that when the boats were docked, Kerry slept and fraternized with the officers of the other swift boats and not with the enlisted men under his command. So the people who really knew him were his fellow swift boat officers.
