Ok, this is what I have put together thus far, which I feel needs to be reported as one single story with dots being connected.

This is a serious Breach. As he is no longer in Government, what would happen if you or I did that? Would we still be walking around free? Somehow I doubt it.

BTW - You do realize Berger is one of Kerry's foremost advisor's, right....??

Is this the kind of people we want in Government, Not Me....

*****************

From: John Kerry's web Site Link

Typically, before making a decision, Kerry solicits many opinions. His staff installed a long cord on his phone so he could pace while he listens. Some sources are obvious, such as Clinton's former national security adviser Samuel R. "Sandy" Berger. Some are not.

And..... This Guy is Kerry's Foreign Policy Advisor...

****************

From: John Kerry's web Site Link

“In a conference call with reporters before the speech, Kerry foreign policy advisor Samuel R. "Sandy" Berger said those remarks were not meant to embrace Bush's doctrine of launching preemptive attacks against states the U.S. views as a threat.

Berger, who was President Clinton's national security advisor, said there was "a profound difference between elevating preemption to a defining strategic doctrine," as Bush has, and "recognizing that no president is going to stand by, if he sees an immediate threat to the United States, and not take action."

****************

hmmmm, how long before these quotes disappear from Kerry's site, I wonder???

Look for Kerry to distance himself from Berger, and when he does, remember his pride in using him as an advisor, that I listed above... Coming Soon....

Flip-Flop Kerry to distance himself from Berger...

And you can take that one to the bank...

Now, I wonder what he allegedly STOLE from the Archives, and how damaging the information was to him, Richard Clarke, or Clinton, and why he allegedly felt the need to put them in his pants????

I can't wait for the flip-Flop from Kerry on this one.... And it will be interesting to see how the press downplays his role in Kerry's Campaign.

I have not even seen anyone mention these yet, have you????

Even Fox doesn't list him as a Kerry Advisor in this story.. Please.... tell me how his involvement with Kerry is NOT Relevant.....

Fox News Article

More background, as the press will refuse to report this stuff..

Now...here come the dots, connect at will....

Remember John Deutsch, Clinton's CIA Director, who was caught putting national security secret documents on his HOME COMPUTER.....

Well, him and Berger surely corresponded with each other, and guess what Clinton did for Deutsch....

He pardoned him for the act in his last days of office, before he could be charged with anything....

hmmm, pardoned before being charged, huh????

So when he is charged, and the dems start screaming partisan politics, remember the name of John Deutsch.

And I found this from CNN, via Drudge....

*****************

From: CNN Article

“Berger was designated as the official from the Clinton administration who would review documents relevant to commission inquiries. He was also a witness at the 9/11 commission hearings and reviewed records to prepare for his personal testimony.”

*********

In best dean voice......

AAArrrrggghhhhhh......

How can the Press ignore this...

The Guy designated as the person to review documents in the 9/11 Investigation for Clinton's administration Steals them.....

Unbelievable.....

Come on now, If I can put this together, why can't the Press summarize all this....

To me this is a potential HUGE Smoking Gun... What did he steal that we don't know about?????

Innocent mistake my eye.... This guy is trained in Intelligence, every thing he does at his level is specific, and willful.

Man, Is this messed up....

It is so easy to connect these dots, they scream at you.....

************

from the Foxnews article: Fox News Article

“However, some drafts of a sensitive after-action report on the Clinton administration's handling of Al Qaeda terror threats during the December 1999 millennium celebration are still missing, officials and lawyers said. Officials said the missing documents also identified America's terror vulnerabilities at airports to seaports.”

***************

Well, now isn't that convenient..... After action reports written by, guess who.....

The dems favorite terror expert...Richard Clarke...

You remember him, the guy who was responsible more than anyone for keeping terror from hitting our shores, and yet did hardly anything after continued attacks against our interests here and abroad..

Just add it up folks, and see who is allegedly hiding stuff from the 9/11 Commission regarding Terrorists.....

Clinton.....?
Deutsch....?
Berger.....?
Clarke.... ?

Now I wonder why these things disappeared... Hmmmm???

So in summary...

I am especially interested in when Kerry found out about this investigation, and whether he continued using berger as an Advisor after he learned of it?

So how do you connect the dots???

I think mine connect pretty well as a massive attempt to disparage the truth about what Clinton's ADministration did in response to terrorism, and their lack of action in a feeble attempt to Blame others instead of taking responsibility.

Feel free to repost this with attribution back here to my original post.

I believe that:

A) For Sandy Berger to risk his entire career, not to mention real jail time, the documents and notes he stole must be absolutely devastating to him and the Clintons. Unbelievably devastating.

B) The Bush people are in possession of copies of every last national security document and note that Berger stole. I believe they fully expected there would be an attempt to steal them, hence the "invisible" coding used by the archivist and the relative ease with which the perp, Sandy Berger, was nabbed.

C) Berger was promised "special handling" (a pardon if necessary) by the "incoming" Kerry administration, a la Clinton's last-second pardon of John Deutsh. This kind of assurance is the only way a simple cupcake like Berger would attempt to steal secret documents.

Good Points. Berger would only take this chance if he knew that the act of his stealing the documents would guaranteee that Kerry was elected. How could that happen ? One would think that covering up the shameful way Clinton et. al. ran the War on terror would not in iteself guarantee a Kerry win. Of course I guess the theory goes that blaming Bush for his 8 months while not having anything on Clintons 8 years of missgivings would help Kerry, but that definitly does not guarantee a Kerry win. That would actually just make the race closer. There must be some piece of information in those documents that would theoritically guarantee a Kerry win. Wonder what that would be ? How would this information be used to guarantee a Kerry win ?

Clinton said yesterday he had known about this for months, one assumes he found out from Bruce Lindsey. The Kerry campaign said Kerry didn't know about it until Monday, when the story broke.

I heard Berger on an audio yesterday and he sounds SHAKEN! Kinda sounded like a court-bound 'wise-guy' who knows he won't live to see a jail cell.

I have two questions that have yet to be answered anywhere in the media, or here:

1. Why did the Kerry Campaign remove the page yesterday from their website that referred to his "security policy"?

2. Why did the Archives security call Bruce Lindsey first?

2. Why did the Archives security call Bruce Lindsey first?

Yeah, I tried to find an answer to that one, too. It's like calling calling the fox to complain about some missing chickens....

I am not so sure that Lindsey was called "first" - - in fact, I think he was called, at the direction of the Bush people, in order to be taunted. On the other hand, it is certainly possible that a Clinton mole at the archives called to tip Lindsey off, you know, like a mobster calls the capo from a phone booth near a botched hit.

I called our local Clear Channel station last night and spoke for about 10 minutes describing the procedures used to handle classified information. The following is a basic description of what I said ...

1) A person who wishs to review classified information at a given facility must have his/her clearance on file with the security office that has legal custody of the information.

2) Once they arrive to the facility, they must show their credentials to identify themselves, sign into the facility - maybe issued a badge indicating their clearance and access and escorted to the room where the material will be reviewed.

3) Once in the room, the container (probably a safe i.e. a very heavy duty file cabinet with heavy combination locks with different combinations on each drawer) is opened. This process should be logged by security personnel.

4) The documents are taken from the container. All classified documents are stamped (each page) with items such as a control number, date of creation, level of clearance (top and bottom), program name indicating what access is required and eventual disspensation (i.e. when the material is desiginated to destruction if applicable).

5) If the documents are classified "top secret", each document has a log on the cover sheet. EACH time a person has access to this information, they must sign and date it.

6) The material is not to be removed (ie stuffed in underwear, socks ... etc) without approval of security personnel. If this takes place, the transfer is documented on both ends of the transaction. If the material is top secret or above, it requires at least two cleared people as an escort.

7) If you travel overnight, the material is not to be kept in your hotel/motel room but instead must be taken to an approved facility. Arrangements are usually made in advance. Security people do not like suprise visits. They like to make them but not receive them.

8) No photocopies are to be made or notes copied without the proper security personnel logging this activity and making appropriate markings (mentioned above) on the documents.

9) This material is frequently audited by internal security agents and is subject to "suprise" audits conducted by military, FBI or other external security personnel.

10) People given access to this type of information are briefed and attend classes on how to handle this material - ie. no excuses for "honest mistakes".

11) As the NSA for the clinton administration, I imagine Berger was personally responsible that this protocol was designed, implemented and enforced by his staff - at least in an appropriately managed administration. This would apply to government employees, officials, military personnel and civilians under contract and extended clearances issued by the DoD, DoE or other intel operations.

12) As such, ANYBODY who has worked in this environment and heard Mr. Berger's comments yesterday about being "sloppy" and "an honest mistake" knows beyond any doubt that he was not only lying, but this was a premeditated act.

13) I left the aerospace business(as an engineer) in 1993 so these comments are based upon the security world of that time. Only Lord knows how the clinton adm changed things during his 8 years.

That summarizes what I mentioned to Steve Cannon of WTVN 610 AM (Columbus, Oh) last night.

The latest word I have heard from this morning is that this material was classified "Code Word Access". Folks, if true, this is "Above Top Secret" ie. John Pollard type material.

So the question comes to mind, why would anybody do such a thing under conditions where he knew he stood a huge chance of being caught? The mission must have been extrodinary for such a risk. The presumption is that he wanted to alter or remove and destroy material that implicated either himself, or quite possibly mr. clinton. The fact that some of the material is "lost" implies that regardless of the consequences, the mission has been accomplished with his current situation collateral damage.

Webb Hubbell's infamous quote "I guess I'll have to roll over again for Hillary" comes to mind. Another example of the clinton whirlwind leaving a trail of destruction in its wake.

You have done an excellent job of connecting dots. Very thought provoking. The Clinton thugs are masters at spinning. The results are distracting jaunts down misleading rabbitholes. Mazes of spin that make one forget what the heck they were looking at to start with. The OKC-Iraqi connection, the 95 coverups (presidential orders)(don't forget China's theft of all of America's nuclear weapons designs), National Security Council’s Millennium after-action report, and Berger reviewing the materials to help determine which Clinton administration documents to provide to the independent commission investigating the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks.

WHAT'S MISSING FROM THE ARCHIVES:
1. Drafts of a sensitive National Security Council’s Millennium after-action report on the Clinton administration's handling of Al-Qaeda terror threats during the December 1999 millennium celebration.
2. Richard Clarke: Identification of America's terror vulnerabilities at airports and seaports.

Anything else missing? (Besides a plan by the Clinton administration to do anything.)

CONNECTING THE DOTS

A factor that must be figured into the “conspiracy” angle is the propaganda machinery (ALL forms of the media) that ultimately makes it work. Have you noticed for every factual issue we bring out, the democrat puppetry turns it somehow on us? The Vast Right Wing Conspiracy is a prime example.

Has anyone noticed that Kerry did not put up a fight on Bergers resigation? Has anyone noticed that Bill Clinton is trying to cover this up with silly and stupid looks and remarks?

Yes, this got out before the cover up could happen, why? Ashcroft knows how to play the Dems games, and I like him for that. He caught them with their papers place in the pants.
