Ok try to follow along folks...
Shortly after the Berger story broke, the Kerry-Edwards campaign removed from their site a security policy plan Kerry had posted, and allegedly Berger had helped prepare, as these were part of his plan.
The story goes that Kerry and Berger relied upon recommendations contained in the drafts and memos that were allegedly stolen from the archives.
Remember, these were memos that were in response to the thwarted millenium attacks, and after action recommendations as Policy.
1) So why did Kerry remove this policy statement from his site, and why is he now trying to hide it?
2) Kerry's campign staff said they only found out about the Berger investigation when it leaked. If this is true why did Clinton say he knew about it for months?
3) Berger was directed by Clinton to seek out the documents from the archive, it is not too much of a stretch to state that MAYBE Berger was promised a pardon for doing this once Kerry was in office. (remember clinton gave Deutsch a Pardon for stealing secret documents)

If the Secret Documents stolen were used to formulat this now removed policy statement, then it is Possible that Kerry was Complicit in this crime.
I can only hope that the Department of Justice will continue this investigation and get to the bottom of not only this policy statement, but who knew what and when so we can ascertain what laws were broken and bring those to Justice.

Berger may not have been paid, maybe he will release his bank statements, who knows?
But lest anyone think he was just an informal advisor, I present not only the above policy statement removed suspiciously form Kerry's website, but I also present to you the following PR Newswire story from a long, long time ago, ok...July 9th, 2004, where Berger is reffered to as:

Story here, just 12 short days ago, a Chief Policy Adviser, now just an informal adviser...Hmmm How does that happen...
Again, what did Kerry Know, and when did he know it? rumor is also that berger was on the short list as secretary of State for Kerry.

If these items were found to be contained in the secret memos Stolen from the archives, it may also Prove Complicity on the part of John Kerry, and he needs to address where he got these points from, and was he aware that berger got hese form stolen memos taken form the national Archives???
