We're a little different....we Americans. Full of hope and life...wanting nothing more than to live a good,decent life...and pass on to our children the Freedom and chance to betterment that we ourselves have had.

We don't want to conquer the world...we don't want to even own the idiot thing. We watch dumb t.v. shows...and ,sometimes, even dumber movies. All with the expectation of trying to enjoy a couple of hours of leisure..and,really,doing nothing important.

And yet...we also aspire to goodness...and ,maybe, just a little greatness (always with the small 'g'). We TRY to do good the world over. We TRY to help our fellow man...to Free him...to show him that there IS a better way of life. We TRY to show our fellow dwellers on this rock that Freedom...the power to choose for oneself...is so priceless that it is worth fighting for.

Oh,for sure, we DO have our share of 'bad' people. Those who will commit acts of savagry or abuse against other Americans....or Iraqi's for that matter. We DO have people here who will commit all sorts of crime.....BUT...we also have the knowledge that when they are caught...MOST,if not all, will be punished.

But,most Americans, are just normal average people who go to work...pay their bills....raise their children.

Never forget....we are the 'Good Guys'.

I have watched for the last year....the reporting of Americans being killed in Afghanistan and Iraq. (doing nothing more than trying to help fellow human beings). I have watched the burnt out vehicles along the roadside...I have seen the burnt and dismembered bodies of Americans being dragged thru the streets and hung from a bridge...all to the tune of dancing men and children chanting about how Allah is great.

I've watched for the last week...the unending circus about the abuses ,done by some, at a prison in Iraq. I have NOT liked what happened there...I have liked even less watching all the newspeople and politicians making asses of themselves in some sort of weird game of 'one-upmanship'. (after all...to BECOME a politician...you have to an ass anyway...and newspeople aren't much further up the ladder)

...and today, I have watched the moving pictures of a young American being beheaded.

I watched the Islamic Terrorists raise his head towards the camera...to try and instill fear in my heart. In the hearts of my friends. In the hearts of my children.

I got news for them.

I don't scare that easy.

WE don't scare that easy.

I have written before....there is a cancer in the world today. Eating away at basic human decency. Eating away at Freedom...trying to return us to those glorious days of yesterday...where the Rulers of Islam could decide your life and death on a whim.

I have also said that UNLESS the so-called moderate Islam stands up and helps us fight those who do such savagry as I witnessed today...then they are no better than those who beheaded that young American.

Moderate Islam has a choice.

Life or death.

Choose life...and the rewards will be great. But it WILL take you getting invovled in actually fighting the Islamic Terrorists. It WILL take you standing up on your hindlegs and actually voicing your opposition to the Osama's of the world. It WILL take you discovering your testicles.

There is a cancer among us...and it is Islamic Terrorism.

...and if moderate Islam wants to just sit on the sideline then we will consider that you have chosen death.

...and we will help you get there.

The arab/muslim world, and most of Europe already hates us.

Screw perceptions.

We weren't evil when we blew Germany to hell, or Hiroshima/Nagasaki. Hell, the Japanese went on to become a truly great nation and people. The Germans, well, they did well for a few decades.

Nothing different here.

The arab world understands fear, muslims say they understand death as martyrs. Since most arabs in that region are muslims(an inherently evil cult to begin with)we can kill two birds with one stone.

Evil? No. A proper response to islam and long, long overdue.

I was stating this very thought on another thread. If the Muslim world is outraged over this murder of Nick Berg. Where is the out cry? The silence is deafening. Like it was on 9-11.

We were always hated because most of the world is run by dictators and socialists.

You don't need to kill a city full of citizens along with terrorist at this point to make a proper response.

You need to bomb a "military" target with a huge explosive.

Wasn't the beheading of Nick Berg sufficient to motivate you to action? You would give Islam another chance? This reminds me of a silly child's cartoon with characters drawing lines in the sand and daring others to cross. Berg is just the latest in a succession of Islamic atrocities. Our burned and mutilated contractors. The Italian. Daniel Pearl.

Feel free to dare them to cross the line. They will. And you can watch it on an internet website again. I still have copies of the Russian soldier getting his throat cut by the Chechens. And Daniel Pearl. And Nick Berg. Who is next? Tune in to Al Jazeera.

If ya want to save a few hundred thousand lives, you kill a few million muslims in one shot.

If they STILL don't get the message. Then ya keep going til they do.

The arab mind understands fear and power. They don't mentally connect with mercy, justice, or modernity. Give what they understand, writ large with no quarter.

They'll change overnight. Guaranteed. Arab thought can be compared to mexican machismo, only without any semblance of civilized thought. it's a different culture. Alien to most westerners.

The westerners that do understand it know that massive instillation of fear and a show of force so overwhelming, so shockingly devastating WILL have an effect.

I couldn't agree more. I do believe that the islamofachists will make one final mistake, they will perform a terrorist act against some Western nation that will be so horrific that the entire Western civilization will rise against them. When this happens the blood will flow to the extent that any who remain muslims will never, ever consider raising against the West or Christianity again.

I do not wish for the mentioned horrific terrorist act to happen, but the islamofaschists will be encouraged by the lack of a unified Western response. The Twin Towers is but an omen of what they are ultimately planning. We as a civilization (Western) will complacently wait until such a horrific event occurs. Have many Daniel Pearls and Nick Bergs must be sacrificed, how many Twin towers and Barcelonas must occur?
