We were always hated because most of the world is run by dictators and socialists.
You don't need to kill a city full of citizens along with terrorist at this point to make a proper response.
You need to bomb a "military" target with a huge explosive.

A city full of muslims, the enemy of civilization and life itself and our enemy in WW3, is most certainly a legitimate target.
