Hi, friends. It's 9:50 p.m. Thursday night. The 24/7 Vigils since Tuesday have had at least several people for every hour since it began. I just came to report that much is going on behind the scenes and we have even more people at Hospice this evening. I hope everyone caught Hannity & Colmes. If not, please watch the replay later tonight if you can.

GOP and GWB Man has been here 24/7 and I've almost done the same. I met the lady from Not Dead Yet Organization and other folks who have flown in from other parts of the country to show support for Terri.

The message for tonight is KEEP CALLING GOVERNOR BUSH. That is the message I'm requesting until you hear otherwise from the front line at the Hospice Vigil. Oh, and keep praying. We are all sunburn and getting tired but we are standing with the Schindlers and they are feeling stronger because we are there for them around the clock.

Can't give any updates. If you've been watching tv or listening to the radio, you already realize that the media has woken up. THERE ARE SATELLITE TRUCKS, new people every day from all over the country, roses presented to us by a local florist, free food and beverages, the kindness of strangers is in abundance. I'll report back tomorrow. I'm going back to remain all night long. This is the biggest freep I've ever been to. The lawn in front of Hospice looks like your living rooms. Summer, please tell everyone to have hope. We are attending the vigils everyday, even as Terri has missed three feedings. People should continue to call the Governor and their legislators which is in their phone books. Thank you so much, FV (back to the front lines).

floriduh's report that Terri has not had three feedings is cause for increased prayer ... that translates to 72 hours, 12 hours beyond the time the first tube was reinserted. Terri's Dad on Sean's radio program today was using 60 hours as a benchmark before the body begins to break down.

Heavenly Father, I pray that You will be the strength that Terri needs during these hours ... cause her to withstand physically the onslaught that has gripped her ... comfort her parents, for they have walked this way before, but are now beyond the original time ... they are into new territory ... keep them hopeful, even as we are hopeful ... may they be sustained by our continuing prayer on their behalf, and for their beloved daughter.

Send relief, I pray, dear Father ... bring this child back from the brink, for I pray in the name of Jesus, Amen ...

Without human medical intervention – the feeding tube - God would allow her to die.

Without food you would die as well. Terri can swallow and *HAS* already ate some pudding. She does not need the feeding tube to live, she probably never did.

Without your parents feeding you when you were a baby, you would have also died without intervention from God almighty.

There is a difference between guardianship and ownership. A person who is under guardianship still enjoys basic rights that are to be protected either by the state or the nation. In this case, the overriding law is a very basic one. It is the basic right to life, unable to be broken even because of physical disability.

The courts are completely disregarding Terri's basic protected right to life as stated unequivocally in the Florida Constitution, and are bestowing ownership to her husband. To be a guardian is to protect your charge, not be hell-bent on killing them. Ownership on the other hand denotes property that one can do with as they please.

Sorry folks, I'm not addressing any person in particular here. It's just late and we've been appalled at this injustice to one who is defenseless. There are rights and wrongs, and this is wrong.

The courts have decided, on hearsay of one side, that this woman is disabled and therefore may be put to death. This is not even the supreme court, and the hearsay is tainted by interests other than those of the victim. One irregularity would be distressing, two, a cause for alarm, but the sheer number of factors actively working against Terri is unfathomable; from judges, lawyers and media with right-to-die agendas to husbands with financial, adulterous and criminal interests, to ignorance of the masses...

AN EMAIL SENT, REQUESTING AN INVESTIGATION BY HOMELAND SECURITY
DEPARTMENT:
Subject: Homeland Security needed in Florida - Thousands of citizens
at risk
WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON IN FLORIDA???????

The Homeland Security Dept should hold an immediate investigation
into the mirky circumstances surrounding the Forced Euthanasia of a
39 year old Pinellas County woman.

Documented sources show that Terri Schiavo suffered a collapse at the
age of 26 under mysterious circumstances.

Since that time, her spouse (of 3 years at that time) sued and won a
malpractice award resulting in a 300K award to him for loss of
consortium, and 750K to Terri Schiavo for her rehabiliation.

Several questions of legality abound here:

1) Why has none of Terri's 750 K been spent on efforts to
rehabilitate her?

2) Why has Terri's spouse ordered that Terri not be given normal
rehabilatation that would be afforded most persons in her situation?

3) Why is Michael Schiavo still allowed to be Terri's legal guardian
even though he has a domestic partner and 2 children by said partner?

Terri briefly did have the service of Richard L. Pearse, Esq.,
appointed by the court in 1998.,br> Attorney Pearse was dismissed
from the case by the state court on motion by George J. Felos, Esq.,
the non-party co-conspirator herein, after the former filed a report
concluding that Michael Schiavo had an irreconcilable conflict of
interest due to Schiavo's relationship with another woman, his
financial stake in Terri's death, and the fact that he tried to let
Terri die of a urinary tract infection in 1993.

4) Why has Terri been kept in a Hospice for since March or April
2000, when Hospice' is meant for terminally ill patients, not
disabled persons who can be rehabilatated.

5) Why is medicaid paying for Terri, someone who is not certified
Terminally Ill to be kept in a hospice? When her husband drives a
recent model Mercedes, owns a home with a pool, has an insurance
corporation, and earns good income?

7) Why isn't Michael Schiavo paying the hospice bill if he is Terri's
husband? He has income and assets, or is he hiding his assets with
his in-active insurance company that has its office at his residence?

6) Shouldn't Michael Schiavo return the malpractice funds that were
to be used for Terri's rehabiliation? Surely the mal-practice award
was not intended to be used as a vehicle to have Terri's life ended.

7) Why isn't the media allowed to see Terri in her room at the
Hospice?

8) Why is the Suncoast Hospice allowed to even be open, when it has 3
lawsuits against it for various mis appropriations of patients funds
and donations, and for sexual harassment? Isn't it mis appropriating
the governments funds now, by billing medicaid for a non-terminal
patient?

9) Why is Suncoast Hospice allowed to knowingly employ convicted
embezzlers in its financial department? One said embezzler had just
been released from prison.

10) Why is Judge Greer allowed to preside over this case when it is
clear that he has conflicts of interest, such as having served on the
board of hospice (with big salary), as has Michael Schiavo's
attorney, Felos? (Felos served as Chairman of Hospice Board). It
would seem to me that those very ties to a board overseeing a Hospice
that is rife with improprieties would be a red flag.

11) Why has Judge Greer banned Terri's parents from videotaping her,
tape recording her, and photographing her? Is this so that he can
preserve the false image that Terri is in a coma or in a vegetative
state???
This is important evidence that Terri is not in a persistent
vegetative state and is responsive to her family and friends. This
includes evidence that Terri can get out a few words, and that she
WANTS TO LIVE! video.
Since when was a judge supposed to suppress the truth?

12) Why is Michael Schiavo's word taken that Terri would not want to
be kept alive with artificial means, when her own family and friends
never heard her to say such things. Since when was heresay enough to
take the place of a living will?
Especially since Michael Schiavo has contradicted himself greatly by
suing for rehabilitative funds for Terri and then not using them to
do so? His veracity is dubvious at best.

13) Why isn't Michael Schiavo being investigated for being the
possible cause of Terri's collapse, since medical records (later
discovered) have come to light that Terri's initial injuries suggest
strangulation? R/E bone scan.

14) Why isn't Terri given the option of refusing rehabiliation, and
the option to refuse food herself?

15) Why has Michael Schiavo ordered an immediate cremation of Terri
Schiavo's body once she dies?

16) Why doesnt the State prevent that and order an immediate autopsy
of Terri's body, or better yet, prevent her death so as to not need
one?

17) Does the state of Florida plan to start putting disabled people
into Hospice facilities now? Then to kill them?

18) When did the state of Florida sink so low in its compassion for
the disabled?

19) Why is the state of Florida, and ultimately the United States of
America allowing itself to sink so low that other sovereign countries
feel compelled to offer asylum to one of our disabled?
And to offer treatment at no cost?
Where is our decency, our humanity, our sense of shame?
Why does our country give up its greatness so cheaply?????

20) At what cost, moral and ethical, does the state of Florida, and
the country of the United States allow the forced euthanasia of a
disabled person? Of any person. How far have we sunk as a nation???

PERHAPS A BOYCOTT OF FLORIDA IS THE BEST THING FOR ANYONE WHO IS
CONSIDERING BECOMING DISABLED ESPECIALLY IF THEY HAVE A BAD MARRIAGE.

Please kindly respond.

The fundamental policy issue at stake is whether or not the state can
deprive a person with a disability of life because their medical need
has become too expensive or some members of the family are no longer
willing to care. The state stands on a slippery slope. Without
caution, the slope leads to a precipice and the precipice leads to
death for Terri Schiavo and all like her.
