THAT'S 850 - 488 - 4441.

If, God forbid, despite all our efforts, Terri dies -- I respectfully ask the Pinellas County Medical Examiner's office, in light of the high profile and many questions surrounding Terri's initial collapse and subsequent treatment, to do their own complete investigation, and to do a full autopsy.

Is there a number to report animal abuse? Has that route been tried? Animal abuse laws were after all the first ones used to go after child abusers at the turn of the century!

The Lord bless Terri, her family and those who are able to be in Florida, Keeping my e-mail notes going to Jeb. Usually just one liners, that hopefully will draw attention. I haven't had any luck getting thru by phone for several days. Have been fasting since before they removed the tubes and praying constantly. Please let her parents know they are not alone.

Again, just left a message with the Governor's office regarding the more than 72 hours of lack of food and that Terri is well past the dad's concern for 60 hours ... we're getting desperate here, Governor. Judge Greer okayed a cremation for Terri ... there won't be any autopsy ... I also left that message.

I am really confused. Are they saying the feeding tube was removed prior to Wends. 2 pm. Because that is 30 hours ago. Or am I losing it? ( I would not doubt I am at this point) There does seem to be a great deal of confusion about the time. DO you know anything more about that?

There will be no autopsy -- immediate cremation, as already ordered by the popular George W. Greer.

I do not think that the Democrats would have allowed a member of their base to suffer and die like this. They would have attempted an extralegal rescue under similar circumstances.

The GOP just crushes its own base day after day, and the base sits and says "Sock It to Me" again!

We need to keep challenging the press. It keeps describing Terri as "comatose" and "vegetative" - that's why the public isn't more involved.

In the Tampa Tribune the other day, it reported "Doctors say woman is in vegetative state", without mentioning that it was the HUSBAND's doctors that claimed this, while many other doctors have said she could be at least somewhat rehabilitated.

We need to be writing and calling the news media on the accuracy of these stories.

The stories are being written from the point of view that the parents are in denial about the state of their daughter.

By the way, I heard today Judge Greer is legally blind? Is that true? If so, how could he evaluate evidence properly? He won't view the videos. If so, he should be removed.

What happened to the Emergency Letters from the Thomas Moore Society? One freeper said his undisclosed source said that Jeb had dismissed them.

That can't be true?

I'm horrified. People have survived comas after many years. And if the parents want to keep her alive, why not let them?

Maybe it is just me, but I've seen more attention given by the mainstream media to the anti-capital punihsment crowds and other crazies demonstratng in favor or a cop killer or demented murderer than to the Schiavo case.

It's about time we had a regime change and got rid of some of the judges who make perverted decision. More and more this country is being run by judges.

REF: Terri Schiavo - precedent for intervention
This is little different from 'granny dumping' - the abandonment of an elderly parent by a child. Once the 'guardian' has 'dumped' the parent and driven away(ie. pulled the feeding tube) the state is not compelled to wait until death occurs to intervene. Legal and moral intervention is fully supportable at this time.

Thank you cyn for motivating me to get off my duff and join the fight for Terri. Here is my latest email to Jeb and call on anyone out there who has connections to JL (see below idea) to plead for her involvement to help Terri.

Mr Governor,

You've asked for legal advice and have received empowering direction from respected top legal minds.

NOW its up to you sir, and you are going to have to go out on a limb. Our servicemen overseas put it ALL on the line and now fate has dropped this in your lap. ACT NOW - in the name of God Almighty, sir, I ask!

* God and the US & FL Constitutions are on your side, - ACT NOW - time is fleeting...
* You are at the plate and not swinging, while the opposition is throwing strikes - ACT NOW

Remember the scene in the film Braveheart, in which Mel plays William Wallace who is begging Robert the Bruce to seize his leadership and LEAD, saying "the people will follow you, just LEAD". This is where you are JEB - seize your leadership and be the Governor that God and the founding fathers intend you to be (and your life-affirming citizens beg you to be). Inaction, sir, will be interpreted as betrayal by your loyal following, the history books, and your final accounting.

PS: Get Lauren (or others staffers/proxies) to ask Jessica Lynch (the rescued POW) to be involved here asking her to get down there ASAP with the people holding the vigil in front of the hospice building. It would be great if she could speak with the media on behalf of Terri. Do it NOW!! The media will cover this and the people will get the analogy of her presence.

I just spoke with an aid to Gov. Bush, neither he or his secretary where in. However, the aid said she would pass along a brief messsage.

I told her to please tell the governor that by not interfering it is too much like the old Soviet Union, not America.
