The comment came as Flanagan, now the first Native American woman elected to the Senate, claimed victory in the open seat left by retiring Democrat Tina Smith.
During her speech, Flanagan said Minnesotans had rejected what she called President Donald Trump’s “masked goons shooting our neighbors and terrorizing our communities.”
Flanagan continued, “We will rip ICE apart. That’s right. And we have the opportunity to replace it with an immigration system that is grounded in public safety for everybody, dignity and due process.”

She also pledged to end the war in Iran, pass Medicare for All, and work against the Trump administration.
Flanagan defeated former NFL sideline reporter Michele Tafoya.
The new senator-elect had used nearly identical language after winning the Democrat primary in August against more moderate Rep. Angie Craig.
Flanagan has consistently described ICE as “out of control” and “Donald Trump’s private police force,” rallied against Operation Metro Surge in Minnesota, and made the deaths of anti-ICE agitators Renee Good and Alex Pretti a major part of her campaign.

If I were Trump I would completely halt all ...and I mean all..federal law enforcement activities in any jurisdiction that voted democrat. Put all resources into what’s left of republican counties/states. F’em.

Unless my memory is really bad, isn’t Flanagan still potentially tied into the MN Somali fraud investigation along with GOV Walz? If so, I hope those feds keep unraveling that rats nest to find both of them right at the center of it all.
No ICE, no cooperation by police or sheriffs, letting people out of prisons, allowing millions to flood across the borders again and to vote and be on 100% entitlements and free housing and health care guaranteed, Puerto Rico a state, SCOTUS packed with new socialist justices, strict laws against gas cars and oil drilling, restrictions on monitored social media speech, people who aspire to be conservative young lawyers and political aides blacklisted and put in prison.....what a country this will be.
Trump will veto all of this crap and ICE is funded through 2029.
