Two-thirds of Americans believe the war in Iran has not been worth fighting.
A new AP-NORC poll found that roughly two-thirds of U.S. adults say the war that began Feb. 28 is not worthwhile. The sentiment is shared by the vast majority of Democrats (87%) and independents (68%), as well as 37% of Republicans.
The AP-NORC poll, conducted July 23-27, surveyed 1,165 adults and has a margin of sampling error of plus or minus 3.7 percentage points.

My best guess is Jew-Hatred. They have bought into the notion that Bibi Netanyahu is controlling Trump, and we are not destroying the most dangerous regime that could ever get their hands on nuclear weapons for our own sake, but only because it benefits Israel.
That's what they want to believe, and they do not want to hear otherwise.

It also completely fails to address the kind of war the various parties might fight. We are extremely “humanitarian” about it, and extraordinarily casualty averse, which, since we’ve dropped the ball on drones, costs a freaking s-—load.

“Key nuclear enrichment facilities” are merely the major part of “the Iranian nuclear program.”
There were likely to be a few centrifuges that were in transit, in a warehouse, as parts in transit or at storage sites, in training centers, or in university physics departments.
I posted on FR at the time that Trump’s 2025 bombings were going to be insufficient.
Something like 95% of the enrichment work needed to build roughly 11 bombs has been done.

Every choice has unstated side effects and a rejection of an alternative option.
One who chooses low gasoline prices, or egg prices, etc., also chooses a nuclear Iran that would be glad to help him glow in the dark.
To those who disagree with him President Trump only says, “We will never let Iran have nuclear weapons.” (Which is true.) I would prefer him to say, “I did something far better than low gasoline prices, or even high gasoline prices, I saved your TOKAS from becoming radioactive plasma!”

Your attempt to pretend that Jim Robinson would consider the NYSlimes as a valid source of info vs. a propaganda outlet that lies consistently like a constant in the universe is perverse, at best. Just because he believed, as I do, that we should keep informed here as to what our enemies are saying via lying lamestream media and their rags... does NOT mean that we should present those sources as valid and truthful.
