The Democratic National Committee is a mess. They're so broke that they recently put their headquarters building up as collateral in order to get access to cash. States are openly threatening to defy their new primary schedule.
The organization desperately needs new leadership.
Enter longtime Democrat strategist James Carville. He recently named the person he wants to take over the DNC and his choice will blow your mind.
It's David Hogg. Yes, really.

Carville: Hogg should take over ‘dysfunctional’ DNC
Democratic political strategist James Carville on Sunday said David Hogg, former Democratic National Committee (DNC) vice chair, should succeed current chair Ken Martin, calling the DNC “dysfunctional.”
Carville, who explained he was recovering from hernia surgery, said in a video posted to YouTube that he wanted to weigh in on The New York Times’s reporting on Martin and the DNC.
The report alleges that Martin has been under pressure amid financial woes within the party and — as the Times writes — is “gripped by fear that he will lose his job and relying on a vanishingly small circle of people he trusts.”
“It was a story on a DNC that basically said it’s dysfunctional,” Carville said. “It’s just difficult to do anything with it, and it’s all true. And at the end of the day, who cares?”
Carville said that some of the DNC’s leaders could “get themselves together” and “figure out a way maybe they could be somewhat relevant, I have no idea.”
“If David Hogg wants to take it over, I ain’t stopping you,” he continued. “Go ahead, man, I don’t really care. And I don’t think, at the end of the day, well, they might be fine people. I know some of them are not particularly determined.”
Hogg has already responded and says that he doesn’t want the job.
Hogg knows what a mess his party has become.
All of the problems the Democrats are having now are self-caused.
Since the 2024 election, they have not paused for one moment to reflect on why they lost so badly. They have offered the American people nothing but more hatred of Trump.
They would have weird-looking kids, if they procreated.
And her can hire his sister U. Beall Hogg to be his spokesperson. (Gee, I hope I did not misgender those two.)

At this point, Carville is saying things for clicks. He’s no longer serious. 18 months ago, in response to people loke Hogg running for DNC offices and in the wake of Harris’s disastrous defeat, Carville went on a rant about how he would tell all the “kids” who were in leadership positions to shut up and listen to their elders, and how he would not even listen to them. Now he thinks the ultimate unserious kid should take over.
James was being sarcastic. He knows the DNC is irrelevant and broke, so it doesn’t matter who’s running the shiite show.............
It’s his way of being sarcastic. He doesn’t like Hogg...........

While I believe Carville to be a complete lizard, I don’t see him as being stupid. What you say is the only thing that makes sense.

I hope you’re right, but I have friends from grade school and high school who would answer “No” to every one of the following questions, then turn around and vote Democrat.

Should people in the country illegally receive welfare, food stamps, and other taxpayer assistance?
Should people in the country illegally be issued valid personal driver’s licenses?
Should people in the country illegally be issued commercial driver’s licenses?
Should it be legal for a parent to have their child’s genitals modified via surgery?
Should males be allowed to compete in female sporting events?
Should there be a maximum wealth?
Should companies be required to give all profits to the government?
Should the minimum wage be $30/hr. or more?
Should landlords be preventing from adjusting their rent?
Should the police be defunded?
Do you support Hamas’ war against Israel?
Do you support Hezbollah’s war against Israel?
Should Iran be allowed to have a nuclear weapon?
Should Iran control the Strait of Hormuz?
Maybe this is his way of saying that he wants to date him???
It is sad to watch the advance of dementia, even in someone as disgusting as James Carville.
