The flavanols (a type of polyphenol) in this type of cacao are shown in studies to improve heart health, lower blood pressure, boost blood flow throughout the body, improve blood sugar, and even improve your gut health by diversifying your microbiome. (Earth Echo Foods )

Thereโs an indigenous group of people called the Kuna in Panama that are a fascinating story in longevity as well as stellar cardiovascular health, and lack of metabolic diseases like diabetes, etc.
The Kuna people drink an average of 5 cups of a type of cocoa every day, and they have 9x lower rates of cardiovascular problems than the rest of the world.
High blood pressure is also almost non-existent in these people, yet they actually consume a good amount of salt.
And cancer rates are an astonishing 15x lower than the rest of the world. And they donโt eat many leafy green vegetables either, like most Americans try to stuff down.
They also consume a fair amount of sugar, yet their arteries are clean as a whistle, and blood sugar and blood pressure are normal and healthy.
But researchers found that itโs NOT their genetics, because members who moved to cities and started eating modern processed foods suffered all the same health problems as most of the world (diabetes, obesity, heart disease, etc).

Google ai will tell you how to make your own for 20 cents a serving. “Navitas organic powder alternative recipe to Cocoa Bliss”
See above
I wonder about their intake of cadmium and lead which frequently contaminate cocoa.
I wonder if the dyes in their colorful clothing was studied? Maybe it has nothing to do with the chocolate.
Thx
Awesome. Now we can intermingled with them and create new health concerns. ๐
On my way to See’s this afternoon - for my health, of course!
I don’t know; I think it’s probably difficult to find and purchase ‘ceremonial grade’ cacao:

So, what’s their life expectancy? 100?
What is their predominate blood type?
Red..............
I remember seeing the island of San Blas on the nautical chart as we approached the canal. My picture of it was a sandy island with lots of wind where a rusty piece of steel is brightened just by sitting on the beach.
From AI... Life expectancy of 115 to 120 yrs!

Looks like paradise!...................
God said you get 120 and that’s it!...............
Bet ya’ Cacao is just about all they eat. Pure infomercial content. Did the study take into account biological sex of the study groups, age, other foods , physical activity?....really poor study as presented.
OR 1/4 teaspoon of real cocoa powder per day.
NO, not Nestle Quick!
Aside from the random hurricane ripping your hut to shreds, I could live there! :)
