Now that we can look at QAnon from a distance what did it turn out to be? I thought some of it's posts were legit just because I believed underhanded stunts were commonplace by the dims and the media. Especially after the lawfare against Trump and the pseudo press coverage of biden.
Now it seems like QAnon was just trying to sow chaos among us conservatives. It's referred to like a joke or some manner of failed attempt to do whatever.

"There is no QANON" was a course correction years into the movement. Early on, Q followers gave their "movement" the name Qanon. That name came from within on 4-chan and various other forums that closely followed Q's "drops". Early on, the "official" FR Q thread was named QANON:, then Q ANON:, and now just Q:. All of the memes and graphics for the first couple years consistently referred to QANON and our resident FReeQs (a term of endearment, not a slur) used the term enthusiastically and without rebuke. Even a couple "Q-drops" used the QANON label (oops). When Qanon became a pejorative, the call went out in 2020 (from "Q"/Ron Watkins) and those same people who previously embraced the name, suddenly started reposting "Q's" words, “There is Q. There are Anons. There is no QAnon.” to anyone who used the term. So, we went from having an enthusiastic movement, to "there is no movement". I guess you can't criticize or ridicule a movement if it doesn't exist, right? But it was too late to correct by then, the name stuck. Notably, soon after the "There is no QAnon" drop, Q drops stopped.
AI is programmed by the left.
Nice try, troll-boi.
Exactly the opposite of what Q said; but almost the first thing said by the Dem seminar posters and operatives opposing Q.
Okay, so what is it you are trying to convey? Apparently his predictions never came to pass, I assume? Is that it? Some people just want to fool people. Which is why I neither jump in with both feet, nor say that it is not true. I’ll just wait & see what unfolds. At one time I used to jump in with both feet, but you get burned too often that way. 😁🤙
People are asking about Q Anon as if it were the first time. I'm showing that it wasn't.
I'm just passing along some site history, that's all.

I have no idea if Q is lore or reality, but Trump sure does seem to refer to Q. I've seen him kake that Q symbol with his hands at least 3 dozen times, unless that is just how he talks at times. 😁🤙

A gigantic fraud.

Oh okay. I thought he was a Freeper. I misunderstood. 🤙
That whole “There is Q. There are Anons. There is no Qanon”, thing was so absurd, right from the start. It was a pointless semantic distinction that some people elevated to a profound insight of some sorts.
I remember being lectured by Qanon purists for using the term Qanon “incorrectly”, even though there was no confusion about what I was referring to. Why Q thought that it was an important distinction to make is beyond me, but it could very well be what it sounds like your suggesting - offering a straw man for true believers that they could use to dismiss any argument on the basis of incorrect terminology. (i.e. If you don’t even know the difference between “Q” and “Qanon”, then there’s no point in even debating you).
It was absurd. It was very much like the Russian “vranyo” which can be summarized by “I know I’m lying, you know I’m lying, and I know you know I’m lying”. For the purists, it’s an article of faith that they must recite to all non-believers.
Very simply Q is the higher up - person or persons dropping the messages (with some false flags since the enemy of the state also listens in) and anons (Qanons if you prefer) are those doing the research to figure it all out.
At a minimum it does give us researchers some solace (and learned patience) as we await the ‘NCSWIC’ ~ justice for the traitorous treasonous deep state.
Totally not a cult. Not even one iota.
And yes, it is ‘an article of faith’ ~ faith in God who created us and founded this once great (and to be great again) nation on judeo-christian values, that causes us all to hope for a great revival / awakening for others to read and reread God’s Word until they get a deep and lasting blessed assurance for both our ultimate future and answered prayers.
Confirmation bias at its most entertaining.
What would Qsters do without lots of pictures to illuminate the gnostic mysteries?
I’ve been here since early 90s and I never figured out what that meant. Something concerning COVERT actions against President Trump, I think.
I’m tired and have a lot more I could add to this, even though it is already long so for now I’ll just post the share link to the Grok about this:
https://x.com/i/grok/share/1da4f045cad745f49fd88f3f79c7355c
What you’ll notice is that I have to remind Grok to abandon the presumption of regularity and the “official narrative” defaults. If you don’t do that all you get is the same crap/drivel that the MSM spews. But when you put Grok into truth-telling mode you can get some good analysis.
So far, Grok has been forced to admit that Q’s core claims seem pretty darn accurate. And Q’s admonitions for people to do their own research so they know the truth when the lies come knocking has resulted in independent podcasters/reporters which have allowed new evidence to make it through the previous censorship. I thank God daily for Elon Musk. Q’s further admonitions are that we refuse to be distracted by fomented divisions - a point we could really, really use right now. And Q asked us to pray continuously and to be prepared to winsomely speak to our society and keep them from giving up in belief that the battle is hopeless - which we also desperately need right now.
Q stated at different times that disinformation is necessary sometimes. There are a lot of things Q said that were disinformation, which led to some throwing out the baby with the bathwater. I’ve realized that what Mahyar Tousi says is a good point: Take Trump seriously, not literally. Trump is a negotiator; sometimes he says whatever will get the result he needs. If that requires exaggeration or disinformation, so be it. Some call that lies, and I supposed technically it is, but acting is also a lie, yet it serves a purpose. Trump’s purpose is to preserve and protect this country, and if that requires him to exaggerate or throw head-fakes that’s exactly what he’ll do. The same thing holds true for Q.
And there is a connection between Trump and Q. A little while before Q’s first post Trump had his military leaders together for a photo op where he drew a Q in the air and said something like “This might be the calm before the storm.” When a reporter asked “What storm?” he said, “You’ll see...” A couple days ago Trump re-tweeted a post saying NCSWIC (Nothing Can Stop What Is Coming), a big Q phrase.
Anyway, my brain is fried now; I need some rest. The Grok conversation will give you more than just one-liners, zingers, and mockery that you get here.
“adepts”
You misspelled “inept”.
hmmm... that could be. Although maybe it’s a case of same-same.
How to tell Q from a Space Alien:
1) People claim to have actually seen Space Aliens.
2) Space Aliens don’t “drop” cryptic messages requiring a secret decoder ring to decipher.
This was not taken well by those who bought into it.
