A sweeping new report from the World Health Organization found that up to four in 10 cancer cases around the globe could be prevented with lifestyle changes.
In the large international study, researchers identified 30 modifiable risk factors that fuel the disease — including, for the first time, nine cancer-causing infections.
“This is the first global analysis to show how much cancer risk comes from causes we can prevent,” Dr. André Ilbawi, the WHO’s team lead for cancer control and the study’s author, said in a press release. “By examining patterns across countries and population groups, we can provide governments and individuals with more specific information to help prevent many cancer cases before they start,” he continued.

I see Epstein made this list too...
Don’t forget all the cancers caused by sunshine.
“40% of Cancers — and Nearly Half of Deaths — Are Caused by 30 Controllable Factors”
so, all i have to do is “control” ONLY THIRTY DIFFERENT factors, and i probably won’t die from cancer? ... i’ll get right on it ... what were those THIRTY DIFFERENT factors, again? .... [btw, i’m assuming that bacon is at least one of the thirty.]
The best way to avoid cancer is to die young of something else.
Absolutely. Basal Cell Carcinoma and Melanoma can kill you dead if left untreated.
“nine cancer-causing infections.”
And COVID is NOT on the list of nine!
Lucky me...I’ve had Hep B in my 20s and H. Pylori in my 60s. I kept researching what was going on with my stomach in my 60s after getting nowhere with my doc. I told him “I want you to test for H. Pylori.” He said “Good idea.” Test came back positive. Really pissed me off that I had to do my own research and make the suggestion. Still bothers me over a decade later.
I asked the same doc what he thought about the various COVID protocols by Dr. Roger Seheult and others in 2020. He reply was “Follow CDC guidelines.”
He’s moved on and I have a new doc. Hopefully she’s better.

So, smoking anything besides tobacco is okay?
Doc scheduled me for a bunch of tests including the colonoscopy but said, "probably not it but first let's do an H. Pylori test." The next day, "Yep, that was it. I have called the pharmacy for your kit. Do you want to still do the other tests?"
I said, "No thank you," then did the happy dance.
the colonoscopy is a breeze compared to the prep
I eat a balanced diet.
So, I need to perfect my breastfeeding skills?
When will I ever trust anything that comes out of the WHO? They might be right 2% of the time, but how can you tell which time(s)?
I’m supposed to give up my polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons? I don’t THINK so!
As adult male, what are good breastfeeding practices?
Certain kinds of smoking popular among male democrats can cause Hepatitis B and C.
Always looking for the quick fix instead of making real changes...
The reality is everyone has cancers all the time, but poor health and a compromised immune system prevent the body of dealing with them.
Guess I got to give up sulfuric acid
