According to Census data from 2022, Wisconsin has the 25th highest percentage of single-parent households among the states and the District of Columbia.
The Badger Institute has published several reports and news articles about family structure in Wisconsin and how it has changed over time:
A piece by Marie Rohde in 2018 discussed why both older and younger people are deciding to stay single.
A piece by Michael Jahr accompanied both those, showing how the idea of marriage is now becoming a foreign concept to some.

I'm 100% with you on getting rid of or at least lowering the welfare state. But don't let our foot off the gas on dealing with the spiritual problem. We need to press harder on the 4th Great Awakening. That's the real solution.
Read Romans 1, beginning with verse 16 (not ashamed of the gospel), and the decline of culture if we don't win that battle (the rest of chapter 1). We're in the cultural decline.

IMO, more telling would be a comparative survey that identified the number of husband-fathers of the children in 1-parent families.
The stupid, Socialist Democrat-voting, downtrodden and brainwashed women with various and sundry multiple offspring are mainly living in Milwaukee and Dane Counties, taking advantage of all the FREE STUFF the Taxpayers are forced to give them.
