Trump-hating author Stephen King clearly lives in the world of fiction because he proved on Sunday that he cannot distinguish between satire and reality.
King and some of his fellow leftists thought they saw an opportunity to dunk on President Trump for a post he allegedly wrote about the World Series match-up between the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Toronto Blue Jays.
Here is what Trump supposedly wrote, which had TDS clowns up in arms.
No matter who wins, I will refuse to invite either baseball team to my ballroom as they are both run by highly inept officials from California and Canada.
I don’t host losers. We are actively investigating MLB.
This World Series is rigged, probably by Dems and the Mafia.
Tweet from Donald Trump expressing refusal to invite baseball teams to his home, citing inept officials and alleging World Series manipulation. Fake Trump Truth Social post on the World Series. AI-generated. Upon seeing this post, King pitched a fit on X and called President Trump a “louse.”
“Trump says he won’t invite either team playing in the World Series to the White House,” King whined. “He can’t rise above his petty political concerns even for the great American game.”
“If anything shows what a louse he is, that’s it.”
There is one problem, though. Trump never posted this, and social media users let King know that in brutal fashion.
NUMEROUS REPLIES AT LINK.....................
For those interested, here is what Trump actually said about the World Series, which was posted on the White House website.
Notice how professional and classy it is.
Each fall, as the World Series begins, America returns to one of its oldest and most beloved traditions. Baseball is woven into the fabric of the American story. It is a game that requires discipline, precision, and teamwork, and it unites generations through shared moments of triumph and anticipation. The World Series stands as baseball’s crowning moment, where players rise to the occasion and fans across the country share in the excitement beneath the bright lights.
As we prepare to celebrate 250 glorious years of American independence, we remember how the great game of baseball has endured through every chapter of our history. Soldiers played it on Civil War fields, workers found hope in it during the Great Depression, and families rallied around it after the September 11 terrorist attacks. In every moment of challenge and hope, baseball has reflected the values that make our Nation great—hard work, tenacity, and the will to win.
This year’s World Series brings together two exceptional teams that earned their place through talent and determination. As the Los Angeles Dodgers and Toronto Blue Jays compete for the Commissioner’s Trophy, they remind us why baseball brings friends and neighbors together. Melania and I send our best wishes to the players, coaches, and fans for a fun and safe series. May the best team win, and may God bless our national pastime and the United States of America.

Give him a break. Stephen King was paraphrasing what Trump said. /s
I can't understand why a baseball team that is from another country, and isn't owned by Americans is allowed to even compete in the MLB, let alone the World Series. It's the only team that is owned by individuals in another country and represents another country. My mother was born in Canada, but I can't accept this crap. What's next? Letting Mexico into the League. Their border touches our too.
How did the author of pot-boiler horror novels become an authority on anything?
This pervert never knows when to shut up.
😄
Many people have had such trials as children and have managed to rise above them. Not cutting this mook any slack.
Idiots, even if Toronto wins he would invite the PM along with the team just to use the opportunity to make fun of him.
When people reach a certain point of wealth, they begin to believe that being so wealthy means that their opinions are somehow better or more important than yours or mine. It is an egotistical person that succumbs to this line of thinking.
A person soundly grounded in faith in God and Jesus Christ would never even consider such a selfish idea.
Unfortunately, Hollywood and Governments, domestic and foreign, are rife with people whose self-inflated egos are paramount.................
I’ll put my childhood up against his any day..................

(Add Keef Olberwoman to make it a gay San Francisco barbershop quartet.)
“He can’t rise above his petty political concerns even for the great American game.” “Beisbol been bery, bery good to me!” Chico.
