The former US Army General tapped to be Donald Trump's special envoy to Ukraine and Russia warned last week 'we're on the precipice of World War III' as he outlined a plan to end the war by forcing both sides to the negotiating table.
Lieutenant General Keith Kellogg, 80, told Fox News of the precarious geopolitical circumstances after Vladimir Putin launched a never-before-seen hypersonic missile on the Ukrainian city of Dnipro.

The retired general advocated for pushing Ukraine into ceasefire negotiations by threatening to pull US aid, while simultaneously telling Moscow that Washington would boost support to Kyiv should Putin not agree to a diplomatic solution.
Under Kellogg's plan, Ukraine would have to cede a considerable chunk of occupied territory to Russia and agree with Western countries not to attempt to join NATO for an extended period of time.
In return, the US would help Ukraine to develop a 'long-term security architecture' to reinforce its defensive capabilities for the future - and levies would be placed on Russian energy sales to pay for Ukraine's reconstruction.

The totalitarian regime would be Russia, not Ukraine. Ukraine has had two free elections since 2014 and a freely elected parliament. Russia, on the other hand, has not had a fee election since Putin has come to power. Additionally, Putin is demanding the forced imposition of a pro-Russian government in Ukraine. Hardly the advancement of democracy.

But there is no certainty that he can hold it. He is running out of people, equipment, and money. The Russian economy is in shambles. It is hard to see how he can continue the war for another year.
The Maidan Revolution was a CIA coup against a freely elected government that was intent on staying neutral and having good relations with Russia.

The Ukraine War is in its last days and the Ukraine will be split. In fact I think the west of Ukraine will be split among the neighboring states, just to be honest.

Anything we do for Ukraine going forward needs to be contingent upon a thorough accounting of where those billions went.
Here it is. I was wondering why the deranged Ukrainian nationalists haven’t posted this ridiculous map for a while. Every pipsqueak European nationality has grandiose maps of their enormously expanded countries just like this. I thought they had given up on this mad fantasy.
Ukraine is not claiming additional Russian land, just what is theirs now and has been recognized by Russia for over a hundred years. It is the pro-Russian side that is making claims on Ukrainian territory. All the map does is show that such claims are historically false.
