‘He Did Not Complete the Degree Program’: Tim Walz Repeatedly Claimed He Was ‘Nearly Finished’ With Doctorate Years After He Disappeared from University
Free Beacon ^ | September 5, 2024 | Collin Anderson

As recently as 2011, Tim Walz claimed in official biographies for his campaign and congressional office that he was on the verge of completing a doctorate in education, a decade after he enrolled in a doctorate program at St. Mary’s University of Minnesota in the small town of Winona.

The university, however, told the Washington Free Beacon that its last records indicating Walz was an active student are dated to 2004.

"We can confirm that Governor Walz attended Saint Mary's from 2001-2004 in our doctorate level Ed.D. program," the school's communications director, Ashly Bissen, told the Free Beacon. "He did not complete the degree program."

I learned a new word today reading about Tim Walz: "Prevarication". noun. the deliberate act of deviating from the truth. synonyms: fabrication, lying.

Dropping out of a doctoral program just three years after starting it is not “almost” getting a doctorate degree.

And he was going for an EdD, not even a PhD.

From the article:

That year, Waltz defeated a five-term Republican incumbent, Gil Gutknecht, who recently told the Free Beacon, when asked about Walz, that “all political figures are guilty of a bit of puffery. He frequently went well beyond that into prevarication.”

If he had still been enrolled in courses, it’d be pretty hard to tell whether or not he was “close” to completing the degree. But when he hadn’t even been enrolled at the school for 7 years... it’s like, yeah, this is just more Walz b-lls—t. The chances of anyone absent from a program that long returning and finishing are near zero.

Is this the same guy who carried "weapons of war" on the battlefield?

The only combat Fathead Walz has ever seen is elbowing old ladies out of the way at the Golden Corral all you can eat buffet.

What with what we've seen of election fixing, I'm beginning to wonder if he really defeated him in the election.

This happens with many doctoral students. They usually claim ABD status which means all but dissertation.

Dissertations often take years of work after the actual coursework is completed. A high percentage of students never complete the dissertation.

It was common to get a full time tenure track job as a professor while ABD and then finish later while teaching.

I was only 26 years old and still working on my graduate degree when I became a full time professor. I too never finished the degree as there were plenty of jobs and I was in a high demand specialty.

Most colleges won’t accept coursework that is older than 10 years for credit against another degree.

Doctorate degrees are racist, unless they invoke DEI.

The article talks about his other lies including the following smaller, less known ones. I wonder if there is some deep-seated ego problems with Walz? It seems to be over relatively small things that wouldn’t affect a campaign - but must seem important to him. Daddy issues??

Some Excerpts:

Walz boasted...he was “named the Outstanding Young Nebraskan by the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce,” a false claim that the Chamber’s then-president demanded that Walz correct. Walz’s campaign manager ...attributed the error to a “typographical error.”

Walz also made the exaggerated claim during his maiden congressional run that in 1989, he’d “earned the title of Nebraska Citizen-Soldier of the Year.” In fact, he was one of 52 reservists invited to a brunch for recipients of the “Citizens Soldiers Awards,” an event sponsored by a mysterious civic group called Ak-Sar-Ben, which is “Nebraska” spelled backward.

Walz further stated that his yearlong teaching stint in China came through a program at Harvard University for which he was hand-picked by the school. While the program was founded by Harvard undergraduates, it does not appear to have ever been officially associated with the Ivy League school.

First, it appears that Tampon Tim was indoctrinated in college and then joined the teaching profession where he was with like minds that validate each other in their delusions.

Like most habitual liars, he forgets what lies he told and what was real. He is delusional.

Sounds terrible but...I’ve always hated this song. Even as a kid, it sounded so daffy and unrealistic to me. Sure, it was nice idea but here it goes...

I’d like to build the world a home
And furnish it with love
Grow apple trees and honey bees
And snow white turtle doves
I’d like to teach the world to sing
In perfect harmony
I’d like to hold it in my arms
And keep it company
I’d like to see the world for once
All standing hand in hand
And hear them echo through the hills
For peace through out the land
(That’s the song I hear)
I’d like to teach the world to sing
In perfect harmony
I’d like to teach the world to sing
In perfect harmony
I’d like to build the world a home
And furnish it with love
Grow apple trees and honey bees
And snow white turtle doves
I’d like to teach the world to sing
In perfect harmony
I’d like to hold it in my arms
And keep it company
I’d like to see the world for once
All standing hand in hand
And hear them echo through the hills
For peace through out the land
(That’s the song I hear)
I’d like to teach the world to sing
In perfect harmony
I’d like to teach the world to sing
In perfect harmony
I’d like to teach the world to sing
In perfect harmony, that’s the song I hear

“Most colleges won’t accept coursework that is older than 10 years for credit against another degree.”

Soldiers and Sailors Act individuals included? VA included? Maybe at certain upper level climes, at cetain prestigious academic institutions.

I have two masters degrees that I beat my brains out obtaining i.e. nightschool. About a month into my retirement I realized I’ll never use those degrees and I really didn’t use them were I was working upon retirement.

But that’s okay, I was toast at the retirement milestone anyway. It was pretty much a wash at that point. At least I had a bit of health left over. If you don’t have your health nothing else really matters.
