Found this free on line recipe book today.
It covers different restaurants recipes like McDonalds's Big Mac and KFC coleslaw (I already have this recipe and it is spot on!), brand recipes like Heath Bars and Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing and even how to make mayonnaise and cream cheese.
Gonna be messing with this one for awhile!

“At Home With The French Classics” Grausman.
I prefer the ones with color pictures.

It’s no good without the marinade and recipe for Schaub’s Meat, Fish & Poultry famous “Fred Steak.”

“KFC coleslaw (I already have this recipe and it is spot on!)”
Probably the only reason to go to KFC, short of the only game in town.

I have a cookbook like that. It has one of my favorites — Zuppa Toscana from Olive Garden.

I’m not big on a lot of these places, but will take a look at anything by the Four Seasons and the Waldorf-Astoria. There was one time I remember my family going to NYC after my family started making ends meet. My Dad, to reward himself (and us, it was a family business by then!) took us to both of these places, to show himself that he had MADE IT! (We often tent camped for our vacations, so eating at fancy places, and staying in a hotel room for a night or two, were real achievements.)

Love their slaw!
I keep dried buttermilk in my pantry to use to make the slaw. Buttermilk is the difference.
