Time has puzzled scientists for many decades. Does it meaningfully exist apart from our experience of it as everything moves toward the disintegration of entropy along its irrefutable arrow? You can’t put the “spilled milk” of the weirdness of time back in the jug. In new research published in the American Physical Society's peer-reviewed journal Physical Review A, scientists from Italy (led by Alessandro Coppo) try to translate one theory of time into real life—or, at least, closer to it. The theory is called Page and Wootters mechanism, and Coppo has studied it for years. It’s a quantum mechanics idea that dates back to 1983.

They aren’t wording it that way at all.
Today we have scientists who would be loath to prove any kind of alternate reality that is akin to the spirit realm that the Bible reveals.
Einstein said time was invented so that everything didn’t happen at once.
Cool post! Thanks!

Time is measued by sequential events, such as the tick of a clock.Thats the world of nirmanakaya
If one lives forever, there are no sequential events. Every thing is happening at the same time. Thats the world of the sambhogakaya.
Ib the dharmakaya, there is unfathomable space and luinosity which makes the opther kayas possible altogether.
Therefore it is necessary tht we be children of illusion.
In the unltimate sense, there is no time, only the present moment. Oor minds can go there. So samadhi is posible for all uman beings.
Maybe it’s an illusion, but apparently God has bought into it. The concept of time is strewn throughout the Bible.
Maybe scientists should do something worthwhile like gazing and evaluating their belly buttons.
If one considers God as the substance in which we exist and have life, then what is time to God? What is growth? History? Future? To what could you add or subtract from God?

Got that on a t-shirt I picked up at the Salvadore Dali museum in St. Pete.
If time is an illusion then why is my time coming quickly to an end 😳
It’s about Time,
It’s about Space.........
Time is not a thing, it’s an observation.
Time isn’t holding up, time isn’t after us
Same as it ever was, same as it ever was
Most time travel theories are not deterministic—they view time as like a “rubber band” where there are tendencies/probabilities but not certainties.
Rupert Sheldrake likes to use the word “habit”.
A smoker does not have to light up that cigarette. They probably will but they might decide not this morning for some reason—maybe they are in a rush or they forgot their lighter.
That reminds me of the Terence McKenna quote that we will know when a time machine has been invented because from that moment everything will happen at once.

An ASTROPHYSICS named Hugh Ross has written several books on this Very thing.
Absolutely mind Boggleing and worth it.
