Im not enjoying the free republic lime I used to. Too many newbies that are trolls, looking for someone to drag into their abyss of self hatred. Theres been a lot of posts linked to posters with no bios, I think admin needs to limit the number of posts or remove those without any bio info.

I was actually silly enough to put my real email addy in one of my early bios back in the last century. I found myself receiving guest subscriptions to the Utne Reader and the Mother Earth News. Somebody actually took the trouble to do that. I have to say the mags were really nice about removing my name when I explained what happened but that was the last time I put anything obvious in public like that.

And really what others do is none of your business. And insulting them and demanding they change to accommodate you is NOT going to change their actions. Advocating for personal responsibility and dealing with your own issues is not being *not nice.*

Does FR have ghost posters and trolls? Sure. But your solution is not going to fix that problem and as I’ve read the thread and watched you lash out at everyone for not agreeing with you, I’d say there’s a fair chance you just made yourself a whole lot of adversaries.
