WAS IT AN “ACCIDENT?” Lara Logan Intel Sources Claim Baltimore Bridge Collapse On “Second busiest strategic roadway for hazardous materials” Was “absolutely brilliant strategic attack”

Independent journalist Lara Logan’s report on the “accident” is very different from the reports in the mainstream media.

Here’s what Logan had to say about the cargo ship’s “accident” with the Francis Scott Key bridge in Baltimore:

Multiple intel sources: The Baltimore bridge collapse was an “absolutely brilliant strategic attack” on US critical infrastructure – most likely cyber – & our intel agencies know it. In information warfare terms, they just divided the US along the Mason-Dixon line, exactly like the Civil War.

The second busiest strategic roadway in the nation for hazardous material is now down for 4-5 years – which is how long they say it will take to recover. Bridge was built specifically to move hazardous material – fuel, diesel, propane gas, nitrogen, highly flammable materials, chemicals, and oversized cargo that cannot fit in the tunnels – that supply chain now crippled.

Make no mistake: this was an extraordinary attack in terms of planning, timing & execution.

The two critical components on that bridge are the two load-bearing pylons on each end, closest to the shore. They are bigger, thicker and deeper than anything else. These are the anchor points and they knew that hitting either one one of them would be a fatal wound to the integrity of the bridge.

Half a mile of bridge went in the river – likely you will have to build a new one. Also caused so much damage to the structural integrity of the bottom concrete part that you cannot see & won’t know until they take the wreckage apart. Structural destruction likely absolute.

Attack perfectly targeted.

“They have figured out how to bring us down. As long as you stay away from the teeth of the US military, you can pick the US apart.

Remember the Ohio sheriff who recently had a presser about the briefing he and other sheriffs received from Christopher Wray. He said that for every cyber security expert we employ here the ChiComs have thousands of hackers, doing it full time. He also said that those hackers do it full time, not just as a hobby, and not for fun. Another expert on China said there are upwards of 150,000 Chinese nationals now in the country whose mission is to.... kill us.

I understand. But some posters here seem to make a full-time job out of reading conspiracy and malice into everything that happens. They seem to specialize in frightening people, and it’s hard to avoid wondering who is paying them to demoralize everyone.

Maybe it’s a conspiracy theory in this situation, but it CAN happen.

“Modern container ships already face a number of serious perils at sea. Now new research from Pen Test Partners shows just how vulnerable these ships are to new dangers from hacking–including being steered off course and sunk–thanks to their use of always-on satellite communications and general lax security practices on board.”

Oh yeah. And those that are here to kill us... are just waiting for “the signal” (timing is everything).

I’m just amazed by all of the “nothing to see here, move along” posters here that choose to ignore what we’re dealing with and facing. Perhaps some of those Chi nationals are on the forum posting and pretending to be righties.... while attempting to direct the discussion away from reality. Then again, our own DS cretins are no doubt doing the exact same thing.

Part of me doesn't think that anyone is paying them. I think mostly, they are just afraid.

I saw a movie some time back "Signs" that had some dialogue in one particular segment which was very, very good, I thought. It was very powerful. Mel Gibson's character (Graham) was a priest, and lost his faith when he was called to the scene of a car accident to deliver Last Rites, only to find out that it was his wife who needed them. She was still alive, pinned between the truck and a tree, but was going to die for certain when they tried to move the truck. Graham (Mel Gibson's character) left the clergy after that, and in the scene portrayed below, is talking with his younger brother (Merrill, played by Joaquim Phoenix)

They are discussing the fear permeating everyone on Earth, that there is something unknown out there, and nobody knows yet whether it will be a good thing or a bad thing.

IN THE FAMILY ROOM - MIDNIGHT

(The family room lights are off now. The TV is still on. The SOUND IS MUTED. There are a couple glasses of Bo's water on the television now. The fourteen lights are still hovering on the screen. Morgan is asleep on Graham’s lap. Bo is asleep on Merrill's shoulder. Everyone knows there are aliens out there, they have been watching this unchanging scene for hours.)

MERRILL: (whispers) Some people are probably thinking this is the end of the world.

GRAHAM: (whispers) That's true.

MERRILL: (whispers) Do you think it's a possibility?

GRAHAM: (whispers) Yes.

MERRILL: (whispers) How can you say that?

GRAHAM: (whispers) That wasn't the answer you wanted?

MERRILL: (whispers) Can you at least pretend to be like you used to be? Give me some comfort? (referring to his brother's former life in the clergy)

GRAHAM: (whispers)...There are all different ways you can tell that there's someone really there watching out for us. You see signs. Sometimes they're little ones. You think of someone. The phone rings. They're on the phone... Sometimes they're big, like fourteen lights hovering over Mexico City. Sure, there are a lot of people watching this who think this could be a bad thing. But there are a lot of people watching this, who think it's a miracle. A sign of God's existence. It's all in how you look at things Merrill. What you have to decide is what kind of person you are? Are you the type who believes in miracles and looks for signs or are you the kind who believes, things just happen by chance?

MERRILL: I was at this party once. I'm on a couch with Sara Mckinney. She was just sitting there, looking beautiful and staring at me. I go to lean in and kiss her and I realize I have gum in my mouth. I turn and take out the gum. Stuff it in my paper cup next to the sofa and turn around. Sara Mckinney throws up all over herself. I knew the second it happened. It was a miracle. I could have been kissing her when she threw up. That would have scarred me for life. I may never have recovered. I'm a miracle man. Those lights are a miracle.

GRAHAM: (smiles, whispers) There you go.

MERRILL: (whispers) So which type are you?

GRAHAM: (whispers) Do you feel comforted?

MERRILL: (whispers) Yes.

GRAHAM: (whispers) What does it matter then? (whispers) Do you know what Colleen's last words were before they killed her? She said, "See", and then her eyes glazed a bit and she said... "Tell Merrill to swing away..." Do you know why she said that?

MERRILL: "No."

GRAHAM: (whispers) Because the nerve endings in her brain were firing as she died, and some random memory of us at one of your baseball games popped into her head. (long pause)

GRAHAM: There is no one watching out for us, Merrill. We're all on our own.

That last line of dialogue in that scene, "There is no one watching out for us, Merrill. We're all on our own." is where the majority of Americans now feel we are.

Many do not believe in God, and they cannot get comfort from knowing God has their back. Their "God" is the government, which is supposed to look out for them, but...isn't. So many people, even those who DO believe in God, are filled with fear, and believe they are all on their own.

They are demoralized already, KNOWING that if anything happens, THEY will have to deal with it personally, because the governments at the local, state, and federal level are most certainly NOT going to help us.

Exactly. I cannot imagine why there were not abutments/revetments to protect the supports. Makes no sense at all. Because sooner or later, a ship is going to strike them.

I remember that movie.

You’re more generous to some of the gloom-and-doom/everything’s a conspiracy posters here than I am.

There are lots of ways to upset and manipulate a country and its people. If people are ‘afraid’, as you suggest, making them even more afraid is one of those ways.

She’s basically “prebunking” any claim of sabotage by positing absurd claims “hacking” or easily verified factual errors “there should have been a pilot on board” (there was).

You have to be making way for the rudder to bite. And a huge laded cargo ship like that is not going respond like a Criscraft power boat. But none of that is going to affect the conspiracy nuts.

That’s what the local news said yesterday.

This bit cracked me up, too:

“The two critical components on that bridge are the two load-bearing pylons on each end, closest to the shore. They are bigger, thicker and deeper than anything else. These are the anchor points and they knew that hitting either one one of them would be a fatal wound to the integrity of the bridge.”

So the genius plotters deduced that the place to crash a boat to do the max. damage to the bridge was....wait for it...the part *in the water*. As opposed to, what, the span in the air? Mental.

I have found that people who feel exposed, panicked, and afraid, feel more comfortable when everyone around them feels exposed, panicked, and afraid.

I have worked in healthcare for nearly forty years, and in that time, have seen the way people react in a crisis, such as a patient whose heart stops for some reason.

(My wife, who worked as a critical care nurse for many years, confirmed that in her line of work, the same behavior patterns express themselves)

When a “code” is called because someone’s heart has stopped, it is not uncommon to see a degree of pandemonium until someone takes control. Many people who don’t run codes for a living, and may not have a lot of experience in that situation, often do the best they can until the real code team shows up, but often, it is to a degree, not as well run.

The point is, if someone enters the room and is in charge, the first order of business is to find out who is running things temporarily, and immediately take charge.

This often involves at least three stages:

Getting control of the scene.

Getting control of the situation.

Taking care of the patient.

Getting control of the scene: When that person shows up with their team, they often size up immediately who is in charge and take over. With experienced people, that takes no time at all. I have heard on more than one occasion: “Okay. Everyone who does not need to be here, leave now.”

Getting control of the situation: Determining the status of the patient, what has been done, what needs to be done, appointing someone to record the actions of the team such as time stamps, drugs administered, and so on.

Taking care of the patient: These patients are often not in full cardiac arrest, and are often terrified. Those patients need someone to comfort and deescalate their fear. I saw my wife in action one time in this role, where she took over the room, immediately got control of the scene, and said directly to the patient in a calm and comforting (but familiar way): “So, you decided to have a bit of chest pain? We’re going to take care of you, you’re in good hands.” The look on this terrified patient’s face was just perfect. The strain left his face, and he looked hopefully up at her as the team formed around her and began work in earnest.

I was so impressed with her. Just that causal way she injected order, got control of the clinical situation, and calmed the patient, as she had been doing for years, and that was the first time I got to see it. I don’t believe we were married yet, but if we hadn’t been, that might have clinched it for me.

What was key in all of this was someone taking control. Someone in charge, who had knowledge and experience, and conveyed that calmness and purpose to everyone around them. Chaos frightens people. Order calms them.

And when you are calm, you are better able to be rational. My wife said her nursing team liked to say “In the event of an emergency, the first thing you should do is take your own pulse.”

I love that saying and keep it close.

So, I think most people are just afraid because there is chaos, and we don’t see anyone, anywhere at this current time who is going to step up and handle an emergency, someone who has taken that first step of checking their own pulse.
