WAS IT AN “ACCIDENT?” Lara Logan Intel Sources Claim Baltimore Bridge Collapse On “Second busiest strategic roadway for hazardous materials” Was “absolutely brilliant strategic attack”

Independent journalist Lara Logan’s report on the “accident” is very different from the reports in the mainstream media.

Here’s what Logan had to say about the cargo ship’s “accident” with the Francis Scott Key bridge in Baltimore:

Multiple intel sources: The Baltimore bridge collapse was an “absolutely brilliant strategic attack” on US critical infrastructure – most likely cyber – & our intel agencies know it. In information warfare terms, they just divided the US along the Mason-Dixon line, exactly like the Civil War.

The second busiest strategic roadway in the nation for hazardous material is now down for 4-5 years – which is how long they say it will take to recover. Bridge was built specifically to move hazardous material – fuel, diesel, propane gas, nitrogen, highly flammable materials, chemicals, and oversized cargo that cannot fit in the tunnels – that supply chain now crippled.

Make no mistake: this was an extraordinary attack in terms of planning, timing & execution.

The two critical components on that bridge are the two load-bearing pylons on each end, closest to the shore. They are bigger, thicker and deeper than anything else. These are the anchor points and they knew that hitting either one one of them would be a fatal wound to the integrity of the bridge.

Half a mile of bridge went in the river – likely you will have to build a new one. Also caused so much damage to the structural integrity of the bottom concrete part that you cannot see & won’t know until they take the wreckage apart. Structural destruction likely absolute.

Attack perfectly targeted.

“They have figured out how to bring us down. As long as you stay away from the teeth of the US military, you can pick the US apart.

I'm with Ransom on this, and I know lots more info will come out.

For now, I remind folks of the mishap just over a year ago, same vicinity, in the Chesapeake, where a ship grounded.

BALTIMORE -- The pilot of the cargo ship Ever Forward, which ran around in the Chesapeake Bay last year, has given up his license, WJZ has learned.

The best strategic attacks are ones that show no signs of being an attack.

“It’s a massive ship with a deadweight of 116,000 tons and the power went out and then they went full reverse...the equivalent of slamming on the brakes in your car.”

The Titanic has no bearing on this event.

Why would going in full reverse cause it to make a right turn, travel some distance, and bullseye the support structure?

And why not wait until it reached the long expanse to start making maneuvers? It had just about cleared the support structure.

Or really busy bridges near really busy ports are the ones most likely to be involved in an accident with a boat.

There are no such things as conspiracy theories anymore.

Everything from a completely unforeseen mechanical failure that could not be avoided to a meticulously planned out terrorist attack is in play until the actual FACTS come out.

And I don’t even trust “facts” anymore when they come from governmental sources.

And the government and the media did this to themselves. I didn’t do it, and posters on this forum didn’t do it.

The government and media, through their lies, collaboration, and collusion have accomplished this destruction of any public trust in anything at all.

Normal people who don’t think like sheep (and we have a lot of sheep-like thinkers here, even on this ostensibly conservative forum) will make judgements in their own self-interest, which in today’s world, is a rational response to this corruption.

The obvious "What if........" question the engineers are supposed to consider was not considered.

And you can't say they didn't have recent past history to use as an alibi either. Even the correction for such a problem was ignored.

"...It’s more sensible to believe in accidents than in the fevered ravings of some of these posters..."

I have to disagree with you on this, but to a specific point. I would say: It's more sensible, in today's world, to believe that the cause of a given catastrophic accident may have multiple possible causes, NONE of which should be automatically ruled out or blindly accepted until more real information is known."

Accepting an airline disaster as an accident right off the bat is as foolish as accepting that same airline disaster as a terrorist event right off the bat.

I’m curious to know how many ships have been stranded inside the port.

https://www.marinetraffic.com/en/ais/home/centerx:-76.5/centery:39.1/zoom:11

This website offers real-time positioning off all ships with transponders

You can see ships lined up, waiting to get into port

Since they were not far from their departing port, I wonder if they called for tugs at first sign of trouble. Don’t know how long it would have taken them to reach the ship.

you must be referring to her comments about Darwin and the Rothschild’s.

In March 2022, Logan claimed without evidence that Charles Darwin was employed by the Rothschild family to create his theory of evolution. She also promoted claims that the Rothschild family, a frequent target of antisemitic conspiracy theories, engineered the American Civil War and the assassinations of Abraham Lincoln and John F. Kennedy.

Then there were her claims that On 31 May 2020, about an antifa instruction manual. Her picture actually was an updated hoax dating to the 2015 Baltimore riots.
On 1 June, Logan tweeted a threat by the @ANTIFA_US Twitter account. The account turned out to be fake and linked to Identity Evropa, a white nationalist organization.

After being criticized for posting the hoaxes, Logan claimed that there was a campaign to “destroy” her, including by Media Matters for America.

On 4 June 2020, Logan appeared on Hannity to claim that antifa was leaving “pallets of bricks” at protest sites in an attempt to stoke violence and destruction. Fact-checkers found that claims of bricks being left at protest sites were without foundation, and that pictures submitted as evidence of this activity were actually taken at ordinary construction sites. No one else reported seeing antifa trucks leaving pallets of bricks.

Titanic

Examination of the hull exterior, does not show the famous, long gash. (Setting aside all the OBVIOUS damage!)

Instead, on the port side, there is a large puncture hole - the middle of which, is at the waterline. IMH GUESS (Using another image for reference.)

The hole is vertically, almost directly beneath the foremost position of the ship's 4 exhaust stacks. (I think?).

Middle of the following image:

“That isn’t a solution, it blocks the port.”

Time for a tunnel, in fact the HRBT in Hampton Roads is getting an additional Tunnel built that should be done fairly soon I would reckon but... the contractor is right there they could shift everything up to Baltimore if the timings right. I think a tunnel is the way to go.

This fellow does a very good analysis of the event and the possible unintentional turn:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R4AuGZIhJ_c

Watch that video and then consider these points from an analysis of the Titanic which was in a similar situation as it tried to avoid an obstacle:

“4. A final engineering choice that slowed the ship’s ability to turn was that when the engines were reversed, the third screw, the one directly behind the rudder, stopped turning (as it was driven by a steam turbine fed by the exhausts of the outboard piston engines).

This further reduced the effectiveness of the rudder.

...

Modern analysts, aided by modern tools and with exhaustive research, have determined that the liner would have cleared the iceberg if the engines had not been reversed while executing the hard turn to port.”

In short, reversing the engines while also trying to maneuver is going to fail in a ship that uses a rudder.

A growing number of modern ships that use azipods for thrust will not have this problem.

The impact on the flow of cars into the country

Port of Philadelphia (Packer Marine Terminal) could take, probably, two more car ships a week. Not sure exactly what the volume is in Baltimore.

I lean towards the DEI and incompetence.

All 22 crew were Indian, so probably incompetence more than DEI. Baltimore based Harbor Pilot had extensive experience in that specific channel. It appears the ship suffered an engineering casualty that caused loss of power and steering. It happened at absolutely the worst time.

I expect port authorities/Dept of Transportation will be reviewing tug operations, and in some cases will require tug services passing through certain passages the find vulnerable to strikes like this one.
