So I had a fun time today lol.
I ordered a large ball of pink yarn for the sweater I’m working on now, and for some reason the dog decided to grab the package from the porch after it was delivered and open it for me.
I looked out the window and there was bright pink yarn strewn all over the back yard. He was having a fine time playing with it. I had to gather it all up, pick out all of the pieces of leaves, grass, twigs, etc., then soak it all in warm soapy water overnight (this happened yesterday) because it was muddy. This morning it was dry, so I had to begin the fun task of rolling the tangled mess up into a ball again.
Natalie saw it and told me to throw it out, that it would take me days. She said she’d pay for another ball, but that seemed wasteful to me. I’m fairly generous normally, but cheap when it comes to stuff like this - it would have really annoyed me to throw out all of that perfectly good wool.
Believe it or not, I had it rolled up in an hour. Felt good to save the $17.00. Now I can spend it on black licorice lol.

People aren’t listening to Biden about buying EVs eitherThe ONE AND ONLY WAY I would even consider obtaining an EV of any kind/price would be as a lease with a term six months under the minimum life expectancy of the batteries/controller.
(Love to claim it for myself but I got that from the lips of a former E-9 Aviation Electronics Technician.)
Anyway, if I was in the market for an electrically-powered vehicle that I would "only use to tootle around town", I'd go for double duty and buy a nice electric golf cart.
Might just insist on that lease deal with that as well.

Just my guess, but I’d say after a few more Trump rallies, you should be able to nab an EV for next to nothing. I can’t help but wonder how Elon feels about President Trump’s non-stop ridicule of EVs.....it’s got to be leaving a mark.

Now that’s a great question, I hadn’t thought of that...
I wonder if they talked about that during one of their discussions. And came to some sort of agreement. Although it would seem like musk gave in on that one
