Are you at your party yet? I haven’t caught up on the thread so I haven’t read everybody’s activities yet. I like your way of crisping the veggies, I’m going to have to remember that.

you probably think I'm joking but this meme hit close to home. I have a Reese's egg addiction! If anybody else does, the Monday after Easter run around to all the stores and you can find them at half price.

do Canadians celebrate St Patrick's day? Has nothing to do with the meme but I was just curious. I stopped at Aldi's on the way home and got a corned beef flat brisket, a lot less fat on that cut. And of course cabbage. And carrots. That's my favorite part, hubby can have all the meat.

Perhaps you can suggest, in keeping with their theme, “I Can Only Imagine”. Just a thought.
.....
That would be great and more appropriate

I always wondered by chevy adiosed the volt so early. It was pretty much a plug in hybrid.
I have a 2017 Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid I bought new Jan 2018.
I only have 40k miles on it and it came with an unlimited warranty on the hybrid battery.
It will to be pried from my cold, dead hands.
Happy hunting.

“unlimited warranty on the hybrid battery”
That’s great! We had to replace the battery in our Prius and it was about $3,000. We figure they last about 14 years, we had very low miles on it.
Thanks for the info, there was a lot of things I didn’t realize. Like the used ones needed to be under 2 years old and all assembled in the US. I’m sure any car salesman would be happy to tell us we get the credit and then we’ll find out when it’s too late.

stories of some dealers buying their own cars, titling them to get the credit, then selling it back to their dealership... sauce ?
I don’t have it and dealers really don’t need it as the feds now (as of 01/01/2024) allow the dealer to get the tax credit and to used to reduce the price of car (like a manufacturers rebate)
