I was preparing a Sunday dinner of halibut in beurre blanc with a base of garlic, capers, lemon juice and white wine as my housemate executed her Sunday church service via Zoom with the local Unitarian church. Today's hymns were "Me and My Shadow," "Beer Barrel Polka" and "If I Only Had a Brain" from "The Wizard of Oz," all accompanied on accordion. (I thought the last one was right on the mark.) I was only half joking when I suggested they try "Imagine" by John Lennon for next week's opening hymn.
My housemate, confined to a wheelchair by a stroke, once tried attending their Sunday service in person, but it was very difficult. The church, with its "Black Lives Matter" banner over the entrance, is very difficult for a handicapped person. (In San Luis Obispo, you can count the number of blacks on the fingers of one hand.)
When they asked if I wished to stay for the service, I said, "I'm allergic to religion. It gives me hives." That answer seemed to suffice.

Hi, Nea. It makes me mad when people label our ancestors as no better than the hordes of invaders today. Many of the people who settled this country sought out the local inhabitants and made agreements with them. Treaties were made and honored by both sides. Treaties were broken by both sides. And the history of the brutality of the local inhabitants toward the settlers should not be ignored.

While Crooked Joe Biden and his Cronies have claimed from the outset they have nothing to do with Jack Smith’s Election Interference case against me, Smith himself admitted in a Court Filing yesterday that he “remains subject to Attorney General direction and supervision,” and that includes Biden. That’s right, Jack Smith just admitted what the American People already know, namely, that his case is being directed and supervised by the Biden Administration. So, although he denies it, Garland is carrying out the orders from his boss to prosecute me, and to interfere in the 2024 Election. Too many Christians have been told to tolerate evil rather than fight it.
In fact, nothing has done more harm to Christianity in the last 50 years than the false gospel of “tolerance.”
The cowardice of the Christian majority in America must end.
These are not to far from where I live. I have drove past them but never attempted to climb up to them.
