I am a colonel. Mrs. Jewbacca is an MD. Hardly a "redneck Israeli family," Sir.
Congratulations to you and your soon-to-be extended family.

His parents are a bit high born compared to this redneck Israeli family. High born? They live on a mountain? No such thing...................

But she is a doctor, so put:
Dr. Miriam and Col. Jacob Schmidt.
Ah, thank you. That looks right.

I think they have a couple of hills in England that they call mountains.

Mazel tov on your daughter's upcoming wedding.
As to the invitation, others can help better than I.

As others have noted, you should get groom’s parents involved.
It could be as simple as “when you give us your list of people to send invitations to, could you please specify how they should be addressed?”
They are going to need to give you the list of names, they can have the list include the honorifics.

We’re very successful, but definitely common.
We both grew up extremely poor , especially me (as in, concrete floor my dad poured himself). I paid for MIT bouncing at bars in Cambridge.

I love that. I may have to use that in the future.

Well, I know you’ll never tell, but I hope that the fast jet you get to zoom around in has a designation with a “35” in it.

If it were me, I would ask about titles first...but that’s just me

I’d say just ask them. “How would you like your proper titles to be included on the invitations?” I schedule a convention and deal with titled people a lot. Some like their titles on the our listing, some don’t, some want some of their titles but not all. Best way to handle it is to straight up ask.

Fancy or no, they do love my daughter and their son is crazy about her.
They have very compatible life goals, desires for children, religion, etc. Both smart and driven.
So, we’ve got the important things going.
The quandary is, as noted up thread, a Jewish member of British aristocracy is pretty rare, so this will be a social pages kind of thing, both in the common press and (especially) the English Jewish media.
Focus on stupid details will be intense.

We’re leaning toward an open ended question, with no suggestion, to avoid coloring their response.

Yeah that’s the path. So they don’t agree with your suggestion out of politeness.

LOL, Sky Dancer, I literally laughed out loud. I think some people are thinking such thoughts, at some weddings.
Sometimes people whisper, what does he see in her, what does she see in him, it will never last, look at the relatives of the “other” side of his/her family, etc. etc.
To: Jewbacca
Unless the in-laws are co-hosting the reception, they don’t belong on the invitation at all.
