If that case isn’t an indictment of the state of the judicial system I don’t know what is.
The judicial community should be policing their own but they seem so invested in their prerogatives that it would diminish them to hold these incompetents to even minimal standards. There is no penalty for flagrant political bias and unequal justice dispensed by judges. Judges should not be able to make political donations rule in a partisan fashion. There should be a board to review conduct.

This thing has been going around since 2008 with various subtitles to go along with whatever narrative. Poso made a complete ass out of himself doing the live election analysis last year. When Florida results came in the all red victories Poso thought it was a “huge cataclysmic shift”, but as it turned out, only Florida had a huge red shift and nowhere else. And now he is passing around a tired old meme to lie about the country’s most popular governor. Ron De Santis ain’t dropping out lol.

no way. desantis would have been like Barr was, do minimal and cover the butts of his pals Rino’s and deep state. Ron doesn’t like trump and could never honorably serve him in any capacity, he spit on trump with what he is doing recent months.

Ron is a threat to the country.

I doubt that. But I understand that it's election season and everyone is entitled to a little hyperbole.

I'd consider this, too:

• DeSantis went to Yale and then Harvard Law School;
• DeSantis joined the Navy, was an advisor to Seal Team One, and was deployed to Iraq for a year;
• DeSantis was appointed by the Department of Justice to serve as a Special Assistant U.S. attorney at the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Middle District of Florida until he was honorably discharged by the Navy;
• DeSantis ran for and won a seat in the House of Representatives (three terms);
• DeSantis was a Founding Member of the House Freedom Caucus.
• DeSantis ran for and won the Governor's race in Florida (twice);

That doesn't look like the CV of a "threat to the country" to me.

All that said, I still believe that it was a mistake for DeSantis to run this cycle. DeSantis needs to be a Florida Governor first, a Trump supporter second to deliver Florida to Trump, and then a future presidential candidate third.

DeSantis should be looking to 2028, meaning he should have been looking for a position in the Trump administration for 2026, perhaps as President Trump's Attorney General. He can then leverage that position to build up his own team as the foundation for his presidential run in 2028.

But he didn't do that. His mistake was that he didn't have a mature, tested team and proven national campaign infrastructure. He would have had the opportunity to build one in DC as a part of the second half of the Trump administration.
