“gender equity and increased female leadership in the workplace”

They have turned most large corporate workplaces into woke nightmares.

Their work is done.

I see the problem, right there.

Denying human nature leads to insanity. Men are the ones designed to go out and face the world, to hunt, to fight, to compete, to bring back the bacon.
There is no denying human nature!

Not an option for Men. But women can scale still down for ‘family reasons.’

Susan Wojcicki has 5 kids, the youngest about 8. I could see why she wants to step away for the rat race.

Men were passed over for promotions and instead of tolerating it, they simply shrugged. Many of them walked out the door, setting up their own hustles to make money.

Some stayed in lesser roles and no longer volunteered to share their expertise. No more listening to "pound me too (#metoo)" misandry, "men are misogynists", no walking on eggshells among lunatics, and very key, no more mentoring. Good luck woman, you're on your own.

As men avoid the misandry of the corporate environment, these women quickly discover that their corporate teams don't have the skills necessary to do the job.

Many female job candidates fail to ask themselves why the position was open to start with. Why did the last person leave?

I know several women who were coached into taking positions that were really just being set up for failure.
"This is a great opportunity for you."
"This will lead to even better positions."
"This is a smart move for you."

They quickly found out why guys refused to apply for the position.

This is nothing new. Men and women, on average over large groups, have always tended to make different choices, including striking different work/life balances.

There are now more varieties of feminism than Heinz has ketchups. The radical feminists went off the rails when they moved beyond seeking equal rights and the removal of barriers to entry. They began to define men as the enemy, dismiss and often stigmatize children and family, normalize promiscuity, and enshrine androgeny as the ideal.

A whole generation of young women has been sold a pack of lies. Women are beginning to catch on and push back. Being a good worker drone so that you can take expensive vacations, dine at expensive restaurants, and dress expensively as you wander through a solitary and childless life is not a fulfilling path for most women. Or most men.

It’s not worth climbing the ladder in most organizations for men or women. There are very few that want to dedicate that amount of time and energy. If anyone wants any balance in life it’s not worth it. I see it at work. Females think those high level positions go from 8-5 to 730-530. They don’t. It’s a lifestyle.

“... female leadership in the workplace...”????

WHAT'S THAT?

I worked for women for more than 15 years and NEVER got fair, respectful or honest treatment.. .Working for a woman is a real nightmare!

When I finally had a male boss, I got more respect and consideration than any woman ever showed me

As the economy tanks, companies must perform. My experience has been women rarely perform at the top.

Working mother to four ranging from 7 - 16. I would love to quit and raise my kids and keep house. I’ve reached a top level in my profession. Sadly, we made personal financial decisions and now I’m stuck. Ticked off at husband too that he won’t do more to change our situation. No way out. I will steer my daughters towards a different future. Having options is the ultimate luxury!

FTA: The pattern has the potential to unwind decades of progress toward gender equity and increased female leadership in the workplace.....

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
What we need is increased female leadership in the home. They have achieved their goal of destroying the family. I hope it’s not too late to put it back together.
