If it’s the same charge, no. If it’s a different charge, then yes, provided a judge rules against a defense motion asking for a dismissal with prejudice on the grounds of double jeopardy. The defense would argue that the new charge was specious and a violation of the rule.

One problem with the above.
One of the points made in Gen.Flynn and Sgt Cutler’s book “A Citizen’s Guide to 5th Generation Warfare” is that the enemy tries to make us think that we are the tiny minority and most people side with the enemy and the opposite is true.
Most people ARE not liberals/commies/trust the media/vote Dem. It’s the exact opposite. Even when Trump was running around 30% of Americans trusted the media.
Why do Dems have to steal elections? Becausce that is the only way they can win, their ideology and goals are not wanted by the majority of Americans. The idea that most people dislike Trump is beyond stupidity.

Keeping fingers crossed that Pres. Trump will indeed be back before Jan. ‘25. I need to find and bookmark the video clip of him saying “sooner than you think”. Some days, it’s just about the only thing that keeps me going day-to-day.
