Worse of all, if the plan fails or is fake, many many people will eventually come to believe that kinetic action is the only door that remains open. HOWEVER, I truly believe that if that dismal prospect were imminent, Pres. Trump — plan or no plan, arrest or no arrest — would certainly find a way to let us know. He hasn’t done that. Until he does, I think the best course will be to hold onto what Gen. Flynn said about never, ever telegraphing plans to the enemy. Stuff has to be going on behind the scenes. There’s just no other logical answer.
