There's an old expression: "The bad money drives out the good." I think that once government has fallen to those whose only interest is power, it is difficult to return it to one of ideals...unless there is a military group founded upon those ideals who can force the issue.

As I initially perceived Cruz to be a “Constitutionalist,” he was “my guy,” too. After I heard him speak in GA, listened to numerous other of his speeches, I realized he was regurgitating the same ol’ same. Then, I began to research and realized that he is not a qualified Presidential candidate. Trump came on the scene about that time. Although he came off as crass to some and I only recalled him as a rich playboy entrepreneur, his hope-filled message for US resonated with me. I am a MAGA girl! WWG1WGA!!!
