Nala has certainly done that. I just found out that ‘Nala’ is a disney character name. I didn’t name her and didn’t know that until today so that’s kind of unfortunate because I don’t want anyone thinking I’m a disneyphile.
There’s been so much death, destruction and loss of things that we all value these last few years, and now the losses are starting to include people we care about. I needed something life-affirming so I had to either get pregnant or get a puppy. Since the nursery is closed, I settled for a puppy (the playground is still open though 😉). She’s been very life-affirming.

The Altitude must be getting to DeSantis. He said some time ago that he wasn’t interested in a presidential run in 2024. And Florida has the quit-to-run rule where if he declares for another office he has to resign from the one he holds.
If he wants to build his base and money stash allthebleep he has to do is support Trump policies and pledge to restore Trump’s work if he gets the chance.
But he seems to be taking the Cruz method of 2016. Cruz was my guy before Trump but he lost me forever by running his mouth about the stoopidest things going after Trump. Desantis could also lose me forever if he doesn’t acknowledge Trump’s good work and knock off the sniveling.
