SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) – A Utah plastic surgeon, his neighbor, and two others are facing charges after allegedly giving people fake vaccination cards and destroying government-provided COVID vaccinations.
Dr. Michael Kirk Moore Jr., 58, and his neighbor, Kristin Jackson Andersen, 59, have been charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to convert, sell, convey, and dispose of government property, conversion sale, conveyance, and disposal of government property and aiding and abetting.
The Plastic Institute of Utah Inc., along with office manager Kari Dee Burgoyne, 52, and receptionist Sandra Flores, 31, faces the same charges. According to court documents, Moore and his co-defendants allegedly ran a scheme out of Plastic Surgery Institute of Utah Inc. to defraud the United States and the CDC.
The documents say Moore and Andersen were members of a private organization seeking to “liberate the medical profession from government and industry conflicts of interest.”
In the allegations, the four destroyed at least $28,000 worth of Covid vaccinations and distributed at least 1,900 doses’ worth of fake completed vaccination record cards. The court documents allege the fake vaccination cards were sold either for direct cash payments of $50 per person per occurrence or required “donations to a specified charitable organization.”
The court documents estimate the fake vaccination cards have a total value of nearly $97,000.
Moore and his co-defendants also allegedly gave children saline shots at the request of their parents so the children would think they were receiving a Covid vaccine.
“By allegedly falsifying vaccine cards and administering saline shots to children instead of vaccines, not only did this provider endanger the health and well-being of a vulnerable population, but also undermined public trust and the integrity of federal health care programs,” said Special Agent in Charge with the Department of Health and Human Services.
The defendants are scheduled for their initial appearance in court on Jan. 26 at 2 p.m.
That the anti-vax grift is so lucrative even doctors are trying to get in on it.

It wasn't an act of defiance but of subterfuge. Like when the Germans wanted to separate the Jews from the general population and some people took the huge personal risk of trying to hide them.
They were not standing up to be seen as following principle, like all of us might be doing when arguing with each other. Sure we want to be seen as standing up for the right cause.
They were doing something risky in secret for no social admiration or recognition. They did it when it was dangerous to them.
In the ethical scheme of things the most morally noble are:
1) Those who risked helping against the evil for no credit.
2) Those that at least spoke out against the evil when there was no real risk for doing so.
3) Those who honestly did not think it was evil and spoke out in favor of the evil policy in their error.
4) Those who should have known it was evil but spoke out for it anyway due to vanity, power lust, monetary gain or other ulterior motive.
They are the most ethical among us.

There's a reason why they created the COVID-1984 card separate from one's shot records and why curbside street hustlers in white lab coats were sticking the Jim Jones Jab in people. The shot wasn't from your doctor.
Wonder how many of those parents are now glad he gave saline instead of the covid poison. Now that young people are dying from heart attacks?

The government is using billions of tax payer dollars to pay big pharma for the product when government officials are taking bribes and also threatening social media to push the product. Further the government officials taking the kick backs are coercing people to take the product in ways that may be beyond their legal authority.
The one kind of graft you see in all this is the percentage of giving people desperate to avoid the product false documentation?
How often do you take your brain out and hit it with a stupid stick in order to get in the state you are currently in?

How can there even be a damn market for fake documentation if there was not coercion?
As for the graft, representatives like Jim Jordan and Rand Paul are fighting to get the perpetrators in trouble. Elon Musk has been releasing internal of the censorship pressure on behalf of Big Pharma through Government officials.

If you read the article they gave saline injections, to kids, with permission from their parents, to dupe the system.
I’m thinking there are a lot of “fakes” out there. All you need is an accommodating shot giver.
I’m suspicious of people I know. They were adamant about not getting the shot and then - boom! They’re flashing the card.
