SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) – A Utah plastic surgeon, his neighbor, and two others are facing charges after allegedly giving people fake vaccination cards and destroying government-provided COVID vaccinations.
Dr. Michael Kirk Moore Jr., 58, and his neighbor, Kristin Jackson Andersen, 59, have been charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to convert, sell, convey, and dispose of government property, conversion sale, conveyance, and disposal of government property and aiding and abetting.
The Plastic Institute of Utah Inc., along with office manager Kari Dee Burgoyne, 52, and receptionist Sandra Flores, 31, faces the same charges. According to court documents, Moore and his co-defendants allegedly ran a scheme out of Plastic Surgery Institute of Utah Inc. to defraud the United States and the CDC.
The documents say Moore and Andersen were members of a private organization seeking to “liberate the medical profession from government and industry conflicts of interest.”
In the allegations, the four destroyed at least $28,000 worth of Covid vaccinations and distributed at least 1,900 doses’ worth of fake completed vaccination record cards. The court documents allege the fake vaccination cards were sold either for direct cash payments of $50 per person per occurrence or required “donations to a specified charitable organization.”
The court documents estimate the fake vaccination cards have a total value of nearly $97,000.
Moore and his co-defendants also allegedly gave children saline shots at the request of their parents so the children would think they were receiving a Covid vaccine.
“By allegedly falsifying vaccine cards and administering saline shots to children instead of vaccines, not only did this provider endanger the health and well-being of a vulnerable population, but also undermined public trust and the integrity of federal health care programs,” said Special Agent in Charge with the Department of Health and Human Services.
The defendants are scheduled for their initial appearance in court on Jan. 26 at 2 p.m.
The government wants a monopoly on scams and HATES competition!
Put it in front of a jury. He only needs one not guilty vote.

Only the people it was created to kill were those of any foreign country that would invade America. The Feds were created to protect the people of America.
But the government is like a wolf on a chain guarding the hen house. The chain is to keep the wolf from turning on the hens in the hen house. In this case, the chain is the Constitution limiting the power of the feds. The feds have broken their chain. We’re the hens. We’re in trouble.

Ok, so what does it tell us if some doctors are now willing to risk ruin in order to stop the government officials from coercing people to take a “perfectly safe” “vaccine”?
He’s a hero.

technically, the value should be zero...the court is acknowledging that normal people were more afraid of the vaccine than the virus...to the point they were willing to surrender lots of cash to avoid the vaccine.
He did them a favor.
If they filled out CDC vaccine record cards with false information, what statute was broken?
Was the saline administered more dangerous than the vaccine, and, in what way is this a Federal offense?
He would have been better off by simply refusing to carry and administer the shots rather than defrauding the government by taking payments for shots he had no intention of administering. Horrible risk/reward ratio.
No, he’s actually a criminal. The production of fake vaccine cards and accepting government payment for administering vaccines which he later destroyed, makes him so. One could take a principled stance on vaccine administration while not doing the things he’s accused of. Not every act of definace is virtuous.
We’ll never really know how many kids have been spared damage to their developing natural immune system by this brave doctor.
Lots of people "broke the law" to keep Jews off cattle cars. This fellow may have saved some of those kids' lives.
Well, these kids should be followed clinically, as a control group to compare with their vaccinated peers.

When government is ubiquitous and sacred, we are all guilty of sacrilege.
It would seem the government will have to prove that the vaccines actually protect someone ... anyone ... from COVID and also prove that it's possible to further damage the trust and credibility of public health care programs. Other than that though, slam dunk!
