A possible reason for the war in Ukraine.

Posted on 01/17/2023 5:50:43 PM PST by Jonty30

When Hitler was running out of resources, because he outspent Germany's future, his action was to attack Poland.

So it makes me wonder if the reason for the war is that West has outspent its future and it wants the wealth of Russia to try and keep going.

Ukraine has an estimated $13 trillion in mineral wealth. Russia probably has hundreds of trillions in mineral stored in the lands that it isn't making use of, for whatever reason it has chosen to not take advantage of.

“that they’ve sacrificed a generation of men and women in their prime..”

The Ukrainians know that they have sacrificed a lot to keep their country free and independent of the Kremlin.

I suppose you would also call the American revolutionaries as “wasting their lives”?

Zelensky and the neo-nazi’s OWN the UniParty and Biden/Obama over the Maiden Revolution of 2014. They have the documents. They have their hands in the Federal Treasury consequent to that ongoing blackmail of DC

Its why they had a heart attack when Trump called Zelensky to “blackmail him”

Projection is the signature of criminal politicians

No, I think that “climate change” may or may not be happening, we simply dont have enough data to prove it.

Perhaps, but we do have more than 50 years of projections that were no where close to being accurate. Before the warming claims they predicted a new ice age was coming.

While climate does change, it's not because of mankind, or cows. The driving factor is the sun.

Climate change is a scam designed to redistribute wealth, period. That distribution is out of the hands of normal people and into the hands of people seeking power.

It's a conspiracy scam to fleece the people, pure & simple.

Peterson forgets that a victory for Ukraine
1. was achieved in March 2022 when they clearly won the battle of Hostomel and Kyiv thereby eliminating the chance that they would become a vassal state of Moscow, like Lukashenko’s Belarus
2. could be achieved if they push Putin back to the January 2022 borders - this is a shallow one - in which they reduce the chance of a Russian future attack in the coming 20 years
3. could be achieved if they push Putin back to 2013 borders (the borders that Russia pledged to safeguard in 1994, ratified again by Putin in 2003)

Now Jordon asks, validly - what if Ukraine is in ruins as a result of this?

The thing is - it is still a victory for the Ukrainians.

The analogy is your bully neighbor breaks into your garden one day and takes over the garage. You protest, but no one cares, not the cops, no one.

Then a year later that bully breaks into your house, takes over the front porch, the front room, and lobs bricks into your bedroom. At one point it seems that you might lose everything, but you fight back.

you push him back to the front room. He takes out his anger on your pets, killing them.

But you are steadily pushing him back.

NOW —
1. it is a victory that you prevented him taking over your entire house and making you his slave.
2. if you push him out of your house and garden (but not the garage)m it is a partial victory
3. if you push him off your property completely it is a victory.

Doe #2 and #3, you have lost a lot, but you haven’t lost everything.

If Ukraine had lost in March, it would have more deaths through guerilla war and a lot of pain. Plus they would lose two generations under Moscow’s thumb.

I was actually more interested in the economic ramifications. specifically a financially based economic system versus a commodities-based economic system.

“I was actually more interested in the economic ramifications. specifically a financially based economic system versus a commodities-based economic system.”

The economic ramifications
1.for whom? Ukraine only or Ukraine + Russia or ..?
2.for what period?

Most of the world has not been on a purely commodities based economic system since the late 1800s to about 1950.

Could you clarify what you mean, please?

I forgot to add in, it’s also the way they intend to go digital, to control every aspect about everyone’s life, except of course them & their families. It’s nothing more than a power grab, and if you continue to doubt that you are enabling their success.

I did watch it and it does not talk about economic ramifications nor about a financial based economic system vs a commodities-based economic system

still don’t get your “I was actually more interested in the economic ramifications. specifically a financially based economic system versus a commodities-based economic system.”

Which economic ramifications are you referring to?

1.for whom? Ukraine only or Ukraine + Russia or ..?
2.for what period?
